Miss Shelia was VERY RUDE! they provided our drinks with NO ICE . I said ma’am our drinks do not have ice. She said pull around you are running up my time. I said I can wait she said “move around my building your wasting my time” I said is everything ok? I’m being respectful we waited like 10 mins for food. And the pregnant girl who took it was VERY RUDE! I said what’s corporate number. I work in the corporate field myself. I am very respectful when I speak to anyone. I asked her for corporates number and she said “google it and get out of my line. I’ve never ever experienced this type of behavior with a place me and my children love to eat there. But we definitely won’t be going back. The manager was so disrespectful over being asked for a cup of ice. I hope someone from
Corporate contacts me.
Slow staff Front door always lock. Honestly, this place needs to be shut down.

Ordered the Dragon meal. Should have included - mozzarella fries and a sundae. Got burger, regular fries and strawberry lemonade. I really didn't need the sundae, but was looking forward to it.

I walk in and the workers are in the back gossiping and on the phone, I wait around 5 minutes until they finally look up to see me and take my order. The manager comes to take my order and gives me attitude then as well as rush me not letting me decide what to get. 1/10 they burnt my food bread and all where it was uneditable so I had to throw it away. A complete waste of money

I go to BK only 2x per year, as all the other family members prefer McD's, Sonic or Wendy's, I'm the only BK fan, so I was by myself and I was hungry, so I swung in for a double whopper.
I asked for the meat to be well done (supposed to ensure freshness and actually done)... I repeated this when she didn't mention it in the read-back, and she seemed to have ignored it, so I said it a 3rd time.
Food comes out...guess what? The food was done... But it was barely above tepid! Not hot, not cold-cold, so I ate what I could stomach and then left. It's a shame what's become of the service industry. I've spent 43 years in customer service... All I can do is shake my head in disgust. 😞

I went for the how to train your dragon meal. On the app it gave the option for the sundae drink burger and mozzarella fries, we went to eat in. We paid more than if we paid online with everything included (meaning the cute box for the mozz fries and cup for the drink as well as the sundae) and we did not get the sundae, drink cup, nor cute box for the mozz fries. Why is it that you’d pay less and get everything online but go inside pay more money to not get what you go for? Overall disappointed with the amount spent for what was given. I see everyone else getting the cup, box, sundae, and me and my boyfriend? The classic fry wrapper, classic bk cup, and no sundae.

Absolutely. The rudest service I have ever seen at this location. They were not busy at all. This , there was no line in the drive through at all, And yet the person who took my order was extremely rude. When I finally did receive my food they handed me through the window and walked away. The individual that took my my money was also very rude
And seemed put out that I double checked to ask if they had gotten the cheese on it, One question one question only and apparently this was an issue... I will not be coming back to this location again.

BURGER KING — 2401 S. New Road, Waco, TX
Sometimes curiosity brings you through a door you should’ve just passed by. This was one of those times. I walked into this Burger King on New Road with low expectations, just hoping for a classic char-grilled Whopper. Instead, I got a crime scene.
The Whopper arrived drenched—no, assaulted—with mayo and ketchup. Not just on the inside, but smeared all over the outside of the bun like somebody took out their bad day on my lunch. It was a mess. A cold, wet, structural disaster that fell apart before the second bite. No balance, no care—just chaos in a sesame seed suit.
Then came the “Havesies,” a half-and-half mix of fries and onion rings that promised variety but delivered freezer-burned mediocrity. The onion rings were flavorless, limp, and hollow. The fries? Equally lifeless. Not crispy. Not hot. Not even salty. Just… tired.
The dining room was eerily quiet—ghost town vibes. The floors were dirty, the condiment station was neglected, and the air carried the distinct scent of resignation. I should’ve listened to the dozens of times I passed this place thinking, “Not today.” But today, I did. And I won’t again.
This location is a masterclass in how not to care. From service to cleanliness to execution, it’s clear the wheels have fallen off—and no one’s steering.

Come here atleast twice a week, for the last few months. The woman shelia is very rude when asking u to wait to order, figured she was just busy,This was friday. Today go thru order our usual. $7 trio. My mother asked about iced coffee at window to boy that took pur order today and she came up and said next time order it when we order our food very rudely. I apologized for not knowing she wanted anything else and she proceeded to shut window and start talking about us to the male whom took our order. I do not appreciate it. It was very unprofessional. Friday I chalked it up to being busy and overwhelmed. Today it's clear she's just rude.

Communication is key to a successful business. If you are out of the bun that goes with the original chicken sandwich than tell the customer BEFORE they pay. An unpleasant surprise isn’t good for anyone!

how hard is it to read “no tomatoes” on an order? i’ve been in the food industry enough to know it’s not hard to read those screens unless you’re blind or have no clue of the menu. if i WAS allergic to tomatoes you’d have some issues on your hand. figure it out please and thanks. your team will hurt someone by not looking at those screens. 1/3 my fault cause i should have looked at food before i left but come on. it’s a chicken sandwich with no tomatoes. it’s not hard. can’t have it my way if burger king employees can’t real NO TOM off a screen that has different color words. smh

The experience here used to be better but something has happened at the store in Waco recently that seems to have changed that.
They used to give you free refills and I even tried to get absolute confirmation before I ever took advantage of that service.
I asked if it that was really company policy and the staff assured me that it was.
I've been told many times that you can refill your drink for free, even if you aren't buying anything, which still admitedly sounds strange.
This store needs to have some policy review regarding this though because there is deffinitely some miscommunication somewhere
However, the problem that I experienced yesterday was not with the refills really, but with the attitude of staff leadership in general and with the lack of a clear policy about the issue of refills.
There is never a reason to be rude to your customers, especially those that come back, and they have become extremely rude there.
The attitude of the manager today was bad. I rarely see her but when I do, she seems to look for a way to be difficult.
I don't know why that is but it seems to be getting worse there and I think that the level of indifference to her customer rubs off on her employees who now feel like it's okay to be rude to people.
I am not as frequent of a customer as I used to be and that's as a direct result as of being treated so rudely there as well as the overall environmental conditions that are seen here.
For example, employees are allowed to hang out in front of the store and smoke cigarettes and marijuana and whatever else right in front of the customer.
It's not exactly the most appetizing scene right in front of a food establishment to say the least.
I sincerely hope that the attitude of the staff here at Burger King improves and I am of'course happy to remove this comment if it ever does.
