The chicken and roll was lukewarm. Mashed potatoes were great .a side of jalapeño poppers consists of 2 poppers. Service was slow . Corsicana is much better!

They wanted me to pay 64 cents for some ranch dressing. After I spent $25 on chicken. The lil hs manager was very flippant. So I would not go back to this location.

Before a couple months ago the establishment was ok now every time I go I get the same woman take my order she asked me my drink 3 times and brings me the wrong side she did the same thing last time today around 1pm I won’t be coming back and before that she nearly forgot to bring me my drink I had to remind her to bring me my drink after she handed me a meal with no drink said have a good day and walked away. Terrible attitude. Won’t be returning bellmeads bush’s is better better quality employees and is better staffed would come here because it was closer to my house but I would rather make the drive then not get what I paid for. If y’all would get my sides right I wouldn’t have to come through the line again.

Not only did they get 2 of our meals wrong, but There was also a hair in my Fries. Didn't feel like going back to get the food replaced. The orders should have been right to begin with and if they aren't required to wear hair nets and beard nets,they should be. Just gross. Not sure I will eat here again.

Ordered an 8 piece liver and gizzards when they opened. Took 10 minutes for them to cook them and when I got them they had a bad fried smell. When I got home to eat them, they fried the crap out of them. They tasted so bad so I just threw them away. No use in wasting gas and time to get them replaced. Bushes livers and gizzards used to be so good but after today, I will never buy them again. The problem with bushes is that they hire high school kids who don't care and aren't trained properly.
Finally stared going back after last bad experience with last manager, this time a lady name Nancy waited on me and was the nicest person I've ever been helped by.Will be back again soon.

Worst customer service..Apparently they closed the dinning room early which had no posting available as to why and refused to provide any type of service. Closing time is at 9:30pm and they had the lobby locked at 8pm.. Goes to show why they don't get alot of buisness at this location!

I have no idea how this location is still open. The restroom toilet is overflowing. The ceiling is practically falling down and the service matches the store. When you're standing at the counter and they have the younger evening crew working, it's like three blind mice working. Shut this location down or either hire new people who know how to work.
