Bush’s DOES NOT abide by the law! I was just turned away from being served by the General Manager who identified himself as Nick for having my service animal with me. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!!Food Establishments (Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 437.023)• A food service establishment, retail food store, or other entity may not deny a service animal admittance into an area of the establishment or store or of the physical space occupied by the entity that is open to customers and is not used to prepare food.Prohibited Discrimination (Texas Human Resources Code, Section 121.003 - 121.006)No common carrier, airplane, railroad train, motor bus, streetcar, boat, or other public conveyance or mode of transportation operating in the state may refuse as a passenger a person with a disability because of the disability, nor may a person with a disability be required to pay an additional fare because of their use of a service animal, wheelchair, crutches, or other device used to assist them in travel. No person with a disability may be denied admittance to any public facility in the state because of their disability. Tender so hard I chipped my back tooth, last time I will ever eat at this location, it was definitely fried the day before and warmed up?

I encountered the most PATHETIC customer service attitude from an employee that I've ever experienced in a "fast food" restaurant before at Bush's Chicken in Lacy Lakeview. Some young man, whose name I was told is "Josh", that had the title Manager on his red shirt, but was later told by another young man who said he was the actual Manager who did not have that title on his gray shirt, is a person who has no business waiting on the public at all.I was kept waiting for my complete order, which amounted to almost $80 dollars, while he finished other orders for people that arrived after me, as he threw portions of my order up onto the counter from time to time never giving me any indication of why this was taking place. After waiting for around 10 minutes at the counter for my order to be completed, the gray shirt Manager asked if I still needed anything else, at which time, being unavoidably upset, I told him that I still needed 3 more items to finish the order that should have been handled long ago. Finally, the order was finished without any apology whatsoever for my inconvenience from either man other than being given a very weak excuse by the gray shirt Manager that it was their mistake.Do NOT do business with this establishment.

This place was disappointing. Fries are old and cold gizzards are old and hard and cold. The Dr Pepper my husband got was brown like tea only carbonated water. The server was rude and laughing at us for I’m assuming the bad food she gave us. It’s dirty we took our food back. It’s terrible. Do better bush’s this is not quality service by any means.

I have been wanting some chicken livers and very few chicken places sell them. These looked good but seemed to be overbattered and then overcooked! Never had them this bad before, i hope their chicken is better. The gravy and mashed potatoes and the roll were all great.

I went through their drive thru line today and one of the. At hops started yelling to another. Not to take my order because there were other cars in front of me. It’s not my fault all those other cars got in other lines. They ignored me and yelled for me to drive back around. Never again.

Food took 30 minuets and still wasn't out I felt like I was gonna get shot. Workers were seen messing around in the window not doing anything whilst me and another nice old lady were waiting for our chicken after a heartfelt Aggie loss
