Home town classic. Can never go wrong with Bushes.

What has happened to Bush’s? We’ve been going there for years and have always enjoyed it until the last year. Each time we go, the food has become worse and worse. The chicken pieces and the tenders are very small. They are typically soggy and taste as if they’ve been sitting for quite some time. The fries and fried okra are soggy and also do not taste fresh. The service is OK, but the prices have continued to increase and increase and increase. The quality of the food has decreased. We do not think we can continue to support them until they can improve their food, service, and price.

I wish they wouldn't of changed the original price and side of the Buffalo fries.. supper dad obo that that's why I haven't had em in like 2 years.. the price and side is ridiculous

All of the other bushes in a 70 mile radius you can pick up your door dash from the drive thru, what ever the reason may be does not excuse the 15/1 ratio of this desicion. Makes your business more inconvenient to interact with.

I rarely write reviews, but I just can’t with Bushes anymore. Definitely the last time I try to give Bushes the benefit of a doubt. They used to be so good, good quality. Tenders that were not as slim as my index finger. But now they just suck! Every single one. Their prices increased every year due to inflation of course but you would think they would keep their quality. So overhyped, overpriced for the product you receive. Every single tender was the size of my finger, tough, and just awful. What the hell happened to you guys!?!?? We used to love it. I refuse to waste anymore money. Lanes doesn’t have gravy but I’d rather have chicken that is an actual tender and not tendon like and sacrifice the gravy. Super disappointed especially since Waco is where it started with the Bush family. Y’all have definitely lost the passion for your brand over the years than when yall first started and into the early 2000’s. It’s definitely obvious it’s corporate now and no more family owned passion.

Bush’s Chicken in Belton’s management is horrible. Food is sub par, I think the health department should stop by. Management has ghosted several employees I knew instead of firing them. Why eat there?

I went to this location I sat in the drive through for 10 to 15 minutes and they served a customer that was there before me and served a customer that came in after me and then the workers stayed inside and didn't bother asking me if I have been served yet but they just ignored me until I honked the horn to get their attention

This place was horrible. There management could careless if they have happy customers or no customers at all. Pretty sad. Came into today at 1357 to get a sweet tea and a coke. Charged me full price but by time they came to take my order it was 2pm and still charged me full price. Said it was my fault and if I didn't like it I could go to sonic after already taking my money. The mangers look like they haven't bathe in a couple of days and never smiled nor cared. They are the ones that said it was my fault. The receipt shows 2:11 but the wall says 2:05 and another clock says something else. They are highly rude and it smells in there. I wouldn't waste your time nor your hard earned money coming here because they don't care. I will not be back!!!!!
