I pulled in and was excited to order. Then I saw a young male worker kicking a cardboard box leisurely across the parking lot toward the dumpster. Once he kicked it to the dumpster, a female worker picked it up and threw it away. I absolutely despise this lack of professionalism and hustle and I will never buy anything else from here ever again.

Now let’s talk about the food—because wow. I ordered the 4-piece tender meal with a side of fried okra and a sweet tea, and every single bite was a reminder of why Southern comfort food is in a league of its own. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. You could taste the seasoning in every bite, and it wasn’t overpowering, just flavorful enough to make you want another piece before you even finish the one in your hand.
The fried okra deserves its own standing ovation. Golden, crunchy, and piping hot—it had just the right amount of salt and crisp without being greasy. A true Southern staple done right. It paired perfectly with the tenders and brought the whole meal together in the best way possible.
And of course, the sweet tea. Let me just say—Bush’s gets sweet tea. It was ice-cold, not overly syrupy, but had that smooth, refreshing sweetness that just hits the spot. Honestly, I’d come back just for the tea alone.

I don't know why I keep going back, especially as high as the prices have gotten. All I ordered was 2 piece mix, it took THREE people to get it right, smh. The service is always so bad. You need at least one grown up there at all times.

Tried to have one of my favorite pick me up meals tonight.
Called it in 20 minutes before arriving. Only to find it was never cooked.
When I arrived I was ignored in the drive thru so I went inside to pick up my food.
When inside I found staff laughing and eating which was way more important than tending to the drive thru or cooking my order.
Heather is absolutely amazing! She’s always so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great one. Anytime I see that she’s working, I know for a fact I’ll leave with a smile. Her positive attitude, upbeat personality, and excellent service truly make a difference. Thank you, Heather!
Went to the Bush's in the Marketplace and had a great experience. Once I pulled in Heather came out to take my order. She was enthusiastic, helpful and must have a really great memory, because she took my order and when she brought it to my car, everything was correct.
