I don't know why I keep going back, especially as high as the prices have gotten. All I ordered was 2 piece mix, it took THREE people to get it right, smh. The service is always so bad. You need at least one grown up there at all times.

Tried to have one of my favorite pick me up meals tonight.
Called it in 20 minutes before arriving. Only to find it was never cooked.
When I arrived I was ignored in the drive thru so I went inside to pick up my food.
When inside I found staff laughing and eating which was way more important than tending to the drive thru or cooking my order.

Went to the Bush's in the Marketplace and had a great experience. Once I pulled in Heather came out to take my order. She was enthusiastic, helpful and must have a really great memory, because she took my order and when she brought it to my car, everything was correct. Great Job Heather, this young lady deserves a raise! Thank you again for the positive experience.

I go often to this bushes it is close to where I work the past few visits Heather waited on me. She has such a great attitude EVERY time I have seen her there. You can tell she loves people.

Pulled in the drive thru and no one came out then a guy came out to service another custome just to turn around walk back into the restaurant after the customer left. Didn't ask if I needed any help at all

HEATHER IS SO FUNNY AND VERY WELL MANNERED I say give her a raise she definitely works for her money in the most professional well mannered way and she makes the brand look it’s best GREAT JOB HEATHER!!
We had a very good lunch. We got the tender Tuesday with a family fry and it fed three adults and three kids. Even with drinks it wasn't all that expensive and everyone got full. I had to get a cherry fried pie before I left. It was amazing except for the fact that it was hot as blue blazes!
