Tonight my daughter stopped and got a big box of tenders and the redish brown curly hair all over the tenders I found ended my hunger . Then picking up another one and it had two hairs .
Last time horrible customer service but way better then finding hair !!
I went a month ago and it was horrible.. thought I would try it again and it's even worse...I won't be back to this location again. The picture shows what I got... 6 of the tiniest tenders ever. 16+ dollars and I will need to eat again to be full. Lame is a understatement for this location.

Restroom not clean no paper towel dispenser in the restroom stinks in her so I go to the lobby go to the counter to order Mexican girl blue shirt glasses just ignore me walk by twice. Everybody else in the cubbyhole where all the teaser at the boy got a drink set it down instead of asking me or saying be right with you just go towards the chicken two Mexican guys cooking chicken just standing up and talking I was gonna take a picture when I was walking out the door of everybody in the corner not doing anything ignoring customers, but as soon as they saw me got the camera they all they all moved

We arrived and were skipped over and ignored by multiple employees after being told to move up we asked for help and then told us to move up again so we then asked if we could get help and the young lady responded with “yeah give me a second” after waiting for 5 minutes AGAIN no one came to help so I had to call the store and ask if they could get someone to come out to help us.

The little girls behind the counter are very unprofessional and don't even look like they wanna be there. Stood in line and waited while they talked buddy.
Ordered fries, asked for multiple different conditions. Was told they were in the bag. Got home and nothing in the bag.

Asked for two cups of ice and the girl told me their ice machine was broken and I asked if they had ice for drinks and she said yes so I asked if the ice machine was only broken for cups of ice and she said she could get her manager.
