Close to 8pm, never been to such a slow Bush's before, took them right around 30 minutes to take, process, and deliver my single meal, and there were only 4 cars in front of me. The young female employees are incredibly slow, walking with zero sense of purpose, one chatted at a car window for a few minutes. It was very suprising and I won't return if this is indicicative of how service is on a regular basis. As I was first in line I was asked to move around and park in front of building. As I was parking, my order was coming, so there is not good communication among employees. All around a frustrating experience. I will admit, after my order was taken, multiple hard working Bush's employees surfaced and asked if my order had been taken. As if they could tell the slow employees were not efficient and were trying to pick up the slack. Tenders are all small, but piping hot and fresh!

I got a 4 tender meal and received 4 extremely small tender and a small amount of fries. I also asked for serendipity and got 2 small packets. This meal cost me almost $12. Wtf???

they can't get their orders right and still take your money, the fries are cold, the teaade has no lemonade in it and the tea has no flavor, when you ask for jalapeños they don't give them to you but still charge you for them, they don't give you serendipity even if you ask for it, the service his horrible

Was given food that was cold wasn’t able to come back that day and management and owners were not willing to make it right. Instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they’re too busy accusing the customers of wanting free food. They never once apologized Clearly they do not know how to run a business. Have your staff check food to insure customers are given hot fresh food a you should have 0 complaints. Take notes!! Will not be returning!!!

Overall everything was really good, tastes very much like Chicken Express.
Very disappointed in food. Ordered small order of gizzards and a breast. Thats what I got. No roll no gravy. The gizzards were so overcooked that they were practically non existent. I’ve not had a bad experience here before. Will not be back.

I don't ever have a bad experience here but just came from there and ordered a 10 PC meal. Got home only had 8. Drove all the way back for the girl to look at me like im crazy and thinking im lying. I done paid $42 for this food, u think i don't want my money's worth.

Just picked up a chicken tender meal. This was the thinnest strips I have ever purchased anywhere. Absolutely horrible. Most of it was crust and very very thin chicken. More like shredded. Not worth the price at all. Very disappointed
