I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this place is nasty. Have not been here since july because it was so nasty, but I thought i would try it again. If you like undercooked greasy soggy chicken, then this is the place. The Other bush's in town are not this bad. Here, if you ask. them to cook it longer so it will be done, they just totally ignore you. They won't give you spicy seasoning when you ask either. I would not recommend getting anything here unless you want to take it home and finish cooking it.
9-25-25 Came by to try it again at 7:00 pm this afternoon and nobody was here. So I Went to the highway 6 bush's and had great service and great chicken. Recomend goin there always.

Had very unfortunate experience this past week with 2 large strands of shoe being inside of child meal. Instead owning up to what was clear mistake. The manager Sharon told my spouse and myself that because we didn’t bring the food back same day. Nothing could be done, which ironic being that we called 2x the same day as we don’t live in the area. As we read the review we see this common issue, no care about the clientele actually funding your business!

Just keeps getting worse for more money. Order 6 strips and some poppers. Got 5 “strips,” only one of which was longer than my pinkie…. And I had to wait “6 minutes” because they were “out”….You are CHICKEN establishment. The food tasted great, and if math, time, and value were not a part of the equation………….
I always get the same thing at bushes and in general its pretty consudtant from store to store.
Chicken tenders with a side of green beans, a few spicy seasoning packets, a honey and a gallon of sweet tea. The bone in chicken does not come with gravy!
I pour half the gravy into the green beans and add a seasoning packet to make quick green bean casserole. The honey goes on the yeast roll and then I sop up the rest of the gravy with my tenders. I prefer a ratio if 1/3 sweet to 2/3 unsweet tea so I make my own unsweet tea, so the gallon lasts me a while. Or at least until my husband gets to it haha.
The corn nuggets are great but they hardly fill the container. The jalapeño poppers are filled with cheddar cheese instead of the more common cream cheese. The mashed potatoes are awful and taste like instant from powder or flakes. The fried okra is good and they give you a ton. I prefer my okra not battered and fried, so I skip it.

We paid for our meal, got our drink and sat down - then an employee walked over and told us they were out of thighs. Seriously? How is a chicken restaurant out of chicken. Totally unacceptable.

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I have NO idea how they are still in business. I give every place I visit 3 chances. And every time I’ve been here over the past year, has been an utterly an absolute fail in food quality and service. The tea literally tastes like it’s been made in a dishwasher and has been sitting for a week. The chicken is dry, old, and cold. The fries are old and hard as a rock. The only thing decent this place has to offer that is eatable is rolls and their overpriced and premade gravy.
And I don’t get the point of employees asking if we want condiments and not give them. Why ask if you aren’t going to give them? I mean, it’s not even that you were busy. The employees were too busy talking. So much and so loud that I could hear their conversation through the window. We were the only one there. And waiting for almost 10 minutes for a waste of time, money, and my patience.
It’s no wonder this place is always hiring. Who wants to work for a company like this?
I will NOT be returning back to this particular store. I’d rather drive 20 minutes out and go to one who knows how to run a restaurant efficiently and correctly.
