When I go into this establishment the kids know I always get two gallons of un sweet tea weekly dated for the day of This Bush’s has an awesome owner very Christian and very caring and I hope they never stop doing happy hour prices too by far there’s no one in Waco that sells the best ice tea at their prices absolutely no one Thank you Di you guys are the best

Arrived at 12, not one employee came outside for 10 minutes. Finally someone took our order at 12:20 & got our food at 12:30. I don’t have high expectations for bushs but, i do expect fast food and bare minimum customer service.

I visited this location recently and was very disappointed with the service. Two employees were standing around and not putting in effort, which left the rest of the staff to pick up the slack. Because of this, the line of cars was extremely long and moving very slowly. The employees who were working hard looked overwhelmed while the others did little to help. Management should really address this issue, as it’s unfair to the staff who are carrying the extra weight and frustrating for customers who are waiting too long. 😡😤

Martha and the crew were amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant and the restroom was clean. 10 out of 10
Didn't have the best food this time. The tenders were like popcorn chicken and the livers were old and not edible.

I arrived at the 19th street location and went inside to pick up a delivery for DoorDash. I waited about a minute for a young lady to approach the front cash register and ask how she could help me, I told her which DoorDash delivery I was there to pick up. I waited a total of 13 minutes to receive a 1 meal order. There were no other patrons inside the restaurant but the drive thru was busy. 13 minutes was too long to wait for what the order consisted of. The restaurant was clean, neat and tidy. I was never once greeted by a friendly, smiling face. A couple of employees appeared to be lost in translation, while others worked so hard and fast that they never looked up. This store doesn't appear that it would possess the ability to handle a busy drive thru and a busy dining room. This store clearly lacked a manager or floor lead managing the floor by example. Employees won't know how to work effectively without an example showing them how!

Since new building was built the tea is just NOT right. They need to fix their tea machine. Am I the only one that feels this way? Its like drinking sugar water with a very dim bit of tea just enough to make it look like dirty water. I will never buy another gallon of tea from 19th street bushs until they fix the issue. I drive to new road and get 100% better tea
