I have been going to this Bushs for years and have had nothing but problems almost every single time. Last week they completely messed up my order and I called and everything. I came back today only to be greeted with confusion and hostility. I told them all right since you're not going to help me from last time because apparently they did not take down my information, just give me a six-piece tender meal but charge me for four and we'll call it even. no apparently that was the problem so they started getting hostile with me then held my money hostage for a minute and then finally gave it back to me and I never got any food. I called asked who the manager was and they hung up on me. Keep your nasty small tenders.

This establishment is horrendous I used to love eating here until me and my sister went and my sister had got the 2 tender roll meals, I got some fries. Everything was going well until a the man came back and had thrown the card at my sister and gave my sister the food. When we got home we didn't expect to see straight fries that look like golden chick fries I was really disappointed to not see the normal Fry's we usually have. And for that reason we will not be eating here again.

Went at 6:30 today. They were turning lots of people away. Said they were closing early for father's day. Should have had a sign out front ahead of time. Went to the awesome new road location. NO PROBLEM there. Won't be going back to north 19th location. Customer service is the name of this game.
First time I have ever purchased a 3 piece chicken meal that was so very very dry. Just opening the box I could tell it was hard and dry. Even the okra was dry and stuck together in clumps. So disappointed it was not worth the $12.89 I paid.
