I arrived at the 19th street location and went inside to pick up a delivery for DoorDash. I waited about a minute for a young lady to approach the front cash register and ask how she could help me, I told her which DoorDash delivery I was there to pick up. I gotta say this remains the best bushs in Waco and better than the one in west ,even post pandemic. HOWEVER the star deduction is because there is a lack of consistency for awhile now. You can generally tell a difference when management is there vs when the kids are running the show. They messed up on ringing up my order charging me double for the food. It was fixed but the employee tries to argue with me over it. I order the same thing often and if someone is wrong about how they ring up an order it should be an inquiry, not an argument. Some get defensive though. Food was great as always.
