I gotta say this remains the best bushs in Waco and better than the one in west ,even post pandemic. HOWEVER the star deduction is because there is a lack of consistency for awhile now. You can generally tell a difference when management is there vs when the kids are running the show. They messed up on ringing up my order charging me double for the food. It was fixed but the employee tries to argue with me over it. I order the same thing often and if someone is wrong about how they ring up an order it should be an inquiry, not an argument. Some get defensive though. Food was great as always.
Thie chicken is great, mildly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The ocra is fantastic and their coleslaw is to die for. Best chicken joint I've been to in years. Family operated with a very friendly and customer oriented staff ans the service is fantastic. All of this can be easily observed by the long line at the drive through that also moves quickly and efficiently. Now that I've found this particular restaurant I will not go anywhere else for a good delicious chicken...
