HORRIBLE WAITING SYSTEM. You don’t even talk to anyone to get on a list. It’s a QR code. Waited 35 minutes with two little kids but left before sitting down. There were open tables for 5-10 minutes that no one would seat us at .

The menu selection is huge. Loved the veggi quesadillas and soup of the day, which was cheddar spinach. Breakfasts, sandwiches, salads and much more. Most meals around $10-11.

My boyfriend and I come to this location frequently. Dine in or carry out. We have never ever been treated other than with wonderful kindness by the owner except for today. I ordered carry out. Usually ready in 15 minutes. I ordered, had to dress and headed that way, I might have gotten there at 8 am. Had to wait for my order. Not a big deal. Although 5 staff members hung out behind counter, not busy. At about 8:14 the owner comes out with my order, to specifically point out to me that my order was to be ready at 8:04. Implying I should not have shown up early, spent 50.00 dollars for breakfast to be time shamed. I could have retaliated by saying yeah, well it's 8:14 now! But I was so angry, I took my food and left. I really hope this is a one off. RICHLAND DR location

We love coming her every trip at least once! You can not go wrong with anything you order! Everything has been spot on each time!!! The picture is from this most recent visit! There was no wait this time but last time on a Sunday was about 15-20 min wait. The can get packed quick. When you go in you have to scan a QR code and get added to the wait list.

Adorable little breakfast cafe. I got the strawberry Belgium waffle, turkey sausage and coffee. It was all delicious. Very cozy quaint little place. Great service and clean.

The food here was great, but the service was not, and it was largely because of the manager working that day. The rest of the staff was friendly, but it felt like no one could do their jobs because he was too busy standing around chatting with a table while guests waited.
We waited far too long to be seated (15minutes exact after our table was ready) and when I politely approached him, his dismissive attitude made it clear he wasn’t interested in helping. That set the tone for the rest of the visit, slow service, long waits for drinks, and an overall feeling of being ignored.
It’s a shame because the food was delicious, but one unprofessional manager completely overshadowed the effort of the rest of the staff.

Food poisoning. Bad. The food was underwhelming as usual - the server who had the personality of a half burnt pall mall was pretty off putting as well. I have been tethered to the bathroom for nearly 24 hours now. Do yourself a favor… go literally anywhere else.

Used to love this place. Unfortunately the service has gone to trash and I couldn’t even get even seated without 2 employees being rude with attitude and refusing to add me to the waitlist.

Let me start by saying the service was brilliant. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Our waitress (I think her name was Rosie?) was perfectly friendly and attentive.
The main issue with our visit was that we were charged a few dollars more for an item than it was priced on the menu, and a charge (3.9%, if I remember correctly) for using a credit or debit card was added on before we’d even paid. This is very shady. We were going to pay cash.
As for the food, the blueberry pancake was nice (lots of blueberries) but everything else was mediocre. We ordered the Mexican Mash and what I think is supposed to be their version of Juevos Rancheros. The former was supposed to be served with pico de gallo, but as far as I could tell, there was just a few pieces of loose onion and tomato tossed in. The whole dish is covered in what seemed to be canned chili, though that isn’t mentioned on the menu. The egg element of the dish was a very small portion. The coffee was quite bad.
Sadly, the service can’t make up for the rest and we won’t be back - the issue with the menu prices/unwarranted service charges means we can’t trust what we are being given, and the quality of the food/drink just isn’t there.
