In Waco for the eclipse. The food was good. The pancakes are HUGE! The coffee was great. The wait... was a little long. There was a minor mix-up with the order, as we were seated at a table with other customers. Prices on the menu did not reflect the prices on the bill. For example, the menu price on the cappuccino I ordered was $5.99 but on the bill it was $7.99. They also charged an extra charge for scrambled egg whites. Probably a great place for college kids and their parents, but a little lackluster for my taste. Food was good though, regardless.

I work around the corner and ALWAYS forgot they were there. But once my buddy reminded me I could get pancakes at 1pm….. I’m hooked. Just a phone call and a quick trip around the corner!

Service was terrible terrible terrible. We were skipped over in the waitlist because they had larger parties & and wouldn't sit us in a table bigger than 4. This added 43 mins to our 75 min long wait and they were rude about it. In the end they sat us at stool height tables that my 73 year old mom struggled to get in & out of.

Food was excellent. We came for breakfast and had a crepe, omelet, and a sweet potato pancake. Server was nice but we were left waiting for some time after order was taken without a check up. Other than that, all is

Finally found a place I can call breakfast home. They open early that is important to me and have a great menu. Service 5 start, selection 5 star, taste 5 star, and the price is not crazy hotel prices! If I had to find a not 5 star, I would say the coffee is a 4 star, but I am a coffee snob. Kids got chocolate chip pancakes and I have tried nearly everything on the menu. If in Waco and looking for sit down food. Highly recommend this place.

We are visiting Waco and stopped by to enjoy coffee and a meal. We were waiting behind a large party for about 20 minutes. No one greeted us or gave any instruction. There was a waist-level sign that said “please wait to be seated” so we assumed it was first come, first serve as we wait in line. We didn’t mind because we saw many 2 top tables available and assumed we’d be seated ASAP after the large party. Several employees made eye contact but did not say a word. When we finally got to the front of the line, an employee pointed upwards at a QR code to scan to secure our place in line. There were 43 parties in front of us. I was annoyed and really hungry, and if we had been greeted and told the queue process upon entering the establishment we would not have wasted that much time. They need to fix their signage or have a host explain the process. We left and went somewhere else and did not eat here.

Best pancakes in Waco. I've been coming here since it opened, and it's my go-to breakfast spot. The owner is ever-present and accommodating. Not quite fine dining, but close.

I think this was a cute little cafe. It gave me the small town feeling which is always welcoming to me. Our Host and waitstaff were attentive which is always a plus. The pancakes ........ so fluffy how I like them. My veggie omelette was just okay. The vegetables could have been cooked a little longer and seasoned. There was no flavor in this omelette. I had to ask for hot sauce just to make it pop. But overall a cute place to try.
