Amazing food and friendly welcoming staff! We swung in for lunch and between the four of us we were able to try a bunch of food off the menu. Everything was amazing! Will definitely come back next time in the area.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We went on a Sunday at 1 PM. It was super busy, so we understood there was going to be a wait, but we didn’t start eating till after 2pm and the food was ice cold. I ordered the Korean Fried Wings. They were a disappointment. When I ordered, I was told the wings would take an extra 15 minutes. Assuming that they were going to be fresh, I was okay with that. They were cold and soggy. The flavor and temperature again on the wings and catfish were very lackluster, especially for the hour wait. This place is overrated and I won’t be back.

Stopped in at Cajun Craft and ordered the Catfish Atchafalaya and the crab-stuffed bacon-wrapped jalapeños.
The jalapeños were a knockout. The crab filling was creamy and rich, the bacon added salty crunch, and the sweet chili sauce on top tied it all together. Honestly, I'm going to steal the chili sauce idea for my own jalapeño poppers.
The catfish was excellent. The filet came out nice and crispy, and it held up beautifully under the Louisiana-style hot sauce with its vinegary bite. The étouffée was rich and flavorful, served over two generous scoops of rice that soaked up every bit of sauce. Every bite was balanced and satisfying.
This was a fantastic meal, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

My husband and I have eaten here on many occasions, however, our visit on 8/15/25 was the worst we had from Cajun Craft. The fries and shrimp were extremely salty and the shrimp were the frozen type. We called to complain, the manager never called us back. My husband went there on 8/16/25, to get a refund. The manager wanted the food back, why? It was sitting in the garbage overnight, and before leaving, my husband put the garbage in the dumpster. We did take a photo last night and he showed her, but she wanted it back. So he came back home to pull it out the dumpster. My theory, she thought we was pulling a fast one. So he took it back to them. SHE WAS ALL TO SHOCK when he came back with the food. She said oh you brought it back duh, my husband said, I told you I was. We are not liars. She put her fingers all through it to see if we ate all or half the food. Keep in mind, their cooking food in the back after digging in the left out food all night and it was put in the dumpster. This is disgusting. WE WILL NEVER NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN

Me and my Friend went for dinner. I had the Jambalaya, she had the PoBoy and her son had the Nashville Hot Sandwich. The food was good with great flavor. The cashier was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. Chee-Chee made our wait time go by pretty quickly. He was friendly, checked on us, made sure we were good, checked on our order being prepared and carried good conversation. The great customer service alone would make anyone want to return. We will definitely be back. There's other stuff on the menu I still want to try. 😊

Some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Catfish was terrific as well. I like being able to bring in a few beers, or a bottle of wine, instead of paying $6 a beer with your meal. 5 star food joint for sure🤘🏻

My fries were hard my fish still smelled fishy and tasted fishy as well. My boyfriend got gumbo and there wasn't any meat more juice than anything. Not enough rice on the gumbo. They're cajun corn used to be good now it's trash.
