Didn't even get to try the food unfortunately. Came here because it was recommended to me. Got here at 5:19 hoping to be able to eat and get to the football game at 7. There were 3 tables in front of us. We were told it would be 25 minutes for our food, which was fine. Ended up waiting almost an hour and a half to get food for just 3 people. Both me and my dad got a 2 piece chicken with white meat only. Now here's the kicker. Not only did they give both of us dark meat after that long wait, they had the nerve to give me a wing and a drumstick. For $15. Are you kidding me? We ended up asking for a refund. Multiple people around us were also frustrated with the slow service. Not the cashier and runner's fault. Won't be back.

Go nuts! Everything we tried was an amazing flavor bomb.
Texas...now I'm happy. Steaks are great, BBQ 's are the bomb but this splash of Southern and Cajun was music to my mouth! Everything we tried had great flavor. Spicy without it being hot, but of course you can add some extra heat do your dishes. They have a bunch of spices you can try. ? I'm not sure I can pick a favorite dish. Catfish was fresh, fat and flaky tasting. ? The gumbo was good and I'm not a big bean lover but the red beans and rice had so much flavor. Kinda smoky with some hame bacon kinda flavor. I dunno, I just know it's good. The people working there were super friendly and helpful. You may be tempted to go to the more touristy te-jun cajun but if you do stick to the crab pots because all the other food will never compare to this place. I promise you. I'm heading back to my home now and I'm actually craving their food already. I'm gonna miss you Texas and it's Cajun Craft!!! If I come back to this area I will definitely eat here again.

A hidden gem! The Bayou ettouffe was AMAZING! My husband had the Catfish Atchafalaya that was AMAZING as well. The hushpuppies and bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with crab were awesome! Ending with the beignets...WOW! We will definitely come back and try other items!
Food was amazing, catfish is excellent! Gator bites were delicious. The icing on the cake was the service, was greeted warmly as we walked in, we had wonderful staff making sure our visit was the best. We will be back soon! Thank you!
This place popped up on my Facebook and after looking it over I knew we had to come out. ChiChi (I'm so sorry if that is not spelled right) was fantastic before we even got in the door. Absolutely great attitude and customer service. Food was all really good and not a single complaint about any of it. We will definitely be back

As a New Orleans native I was so excited to try this place but it was 100% trash. I’ve attached a picture of their “beignets” nothing more than chunks of dough fried to the point they were crispy and burnt. The catfish tasted like mud and I couldn’t find a lick of crab in the crab stuffed jalapeños. They were also burnt to a crisp. $50 down the drain. 45 minute wait. I won’t be returning.
