Good service
Cute little down home restaurant! The staff is super friendly ( Our favorite person was Mr. George.) Always telling jokes and smiling! It’s was the best FINGER LICKING FRIED CHICKEN I’ve ever had! Everything was seasoned perfect and all the food was made with love ❤️ And to top it all off they had Nutella Bread Pudding! It’s a must try when you stop in! Definitely our new little favorite place to eat.

First of all the staff was super friendly! The cook (George) came out and was spoke to everyone, and he was so nice. Second, the food was delicious! We got the bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños, and the trio of red beans and rice, craw fish étouffée and gumbo, all were super tasty. The restaurant is small but nicely done, fun atmosphere and even though it got crowded there was

Amazing food and they have a patio nice area.
We popped into Cajun craft as kind of a side thought on our way through Waco, but boy oh boy was it one of the best decisions we could’ve made. The gentleman serving us was incredible and made us feel so welcome, also the food was incomprehensible in how scrumptious it was. A true Waco must have.

Absolutely delicious food. When you go, be sure to chat with George. He is a gem with a sunbeam personality. Some of the best cajun cooking in Texas!

We stopped in to try a new restaurant on our way home from Denton. Definitely will be our go to restaurant when traveling through Waco! The food was delicious and seasoned perfectly! We had the crab stuffed jalapeño poppers to start. Main dish was shrimp basket special and the jambalaya. Wow, just amazing! We ordered beignets for dessert and they were awesome! Highly recommend if you like Cajun food. Hidden little gem but won’t be once people find out about it.

An unassuming place you might pass by if you’re not looking for it. Some of the best Cajun food outside of New Orleans. My son and I ate there today. It’s a must if your passing through Waco.
