I’ve been twice; once to the food truck and once to the newer location in union hall. Both experiences were superb to say the least. The man I assume to be the owner was informative and gave his opinions on what we should give a try for our first time and he was extremely friendly and helpful! Watching him prepare the ceviche, I could tell he took pride in his recipes and it shows in the food as well. So refreshing, flavorful, and healthy! My bf and I have found our new obsession for the next few weeks!!

Very nice people work At this food truck. They made great food. It took a little while because there were only two people but it came with chips crackers and a sauce and it was a really good amount of food. They have nice seating around the truck too.

I am not a fan of fish or sea food of any kind so I was hesitant. Dave (the owner) talked me thru the menu and recommended the poke bowl. It was delicious and my fiancé said the ceviche was the best she’d ever had. We’ve been back many times.

This was really good. I had never had Ceviche before. It's super-fresh, even though it's in Waco it tastes like you're eating on the beach. Very lightweight food that will not have you feeling over-stuffed when leaving.
