I was pleasantly surprised with this grilled cheese. I ordered the Lone Star (with brisket in it). Was it a good option? Yes, an amazing one! It included a side and ordered the tomato basil soup, it was delicious but it cost an additional $1. I would definitely come back and order the other options.

Simple yet pricey cheese sandwich. Mac n Cheese had a strange taste but edible. Portions were on the small side for what we are accustomed to and the wait time was longer than I expected.

Just came to silos specifically to get this restaurant. Ordered two of the boss. Food is always good but $25 for 2 grill chesse with chips/no drinks. Guy working the booth today seemed annoyed and not at all friendly or professional. Ruined the experience. Unfortunate!
We ordered a cheese sandwich, soup and Mac and cheese at the outside area of magnolia market. Very nice atmosphere of course. Food was nothing special. Pasta looked pretty good, but had bacon in it, which we didn't realize and no one ate. Trashed most of the order.

I was really looking forward to this - in my head I was thinking it was going to be super super cheesy based on their slogan but I was wrong. Don’t get me wrong it tasted great, I just thought there would be more substance to it. The sandwich was almost entirely bacon, maybe 1 slice of cheese and a sliver of basil. I don’t know if this deserves the $14 price point it’s marked at.
