I was pleasantly surprised with this grilled cheese. I ordered the Lone Star (with brisket in it). Was it a good option? Yes, an amazing one! It included a side and ordered the tomato basil soup, it was delicious but it cost an additional $1. I would definitely come back and order the other options.

Got the Boss and Mac N Cheese. Food is ok…but definitely not something I will dream about or remember. I will try another food truck next time. Service was good. Nice people. Super nice atmosphere.

Just came to silos specifically to get this restaurant. Ordered two of the boss. Food is always good but $25 for 2 grill chesse with chips/no drinks. Guy working the booth today seemed annoyed and not at all friendly or professional. Ruined the experience. Unfortunate!

We ordered a cheese sandwich, soup and Mac and cheese at the outside area of magnolia market. Very nice atmosphere of course. Food was nothing special. Pasta looked pretty good, but had bacon in it, which we didn't realize and no one ate. Trashed most of the order.
