Sat in the drive thru and eventually had to be asked to pull to the side of the road for over 30 mins, because they claimed they could not find my order at the window after the team member had already checked me in at the speaker. Handled it in a very unapologetic and untimely manner. Also, tried to make me pay for my meal when the original order was free with the use of rewards.

Much like the other location on Franklin this location repeatedly gets your order wrong in the drive thru. I have been to CFA locations all over the country multiple times and have never gotten my order wrong yet the 2 locations in Waco can't seem to get it right. If you go through the drive thru put you vehicle in park when they give you your food and take every single item out and check it. There is a strong possibility that it's wrong. Do better Waco Chik Fil A.

ordered breakfast it was great! however the girl taking our order was rude and unsympathetic! I tried the get her to scan my QR code so i can earn my rewards and she acted like i was stupid. she said she’d scan my code at the end and she didn’t. when she was done taking my order and giving me my change she just walked away to go get back to talking to her little boy friend. Talk about not caring about your customers or job.

They were absolutely fast and great. Line was at least 40 cars deep . Took maybe maybe 5min w get our food and we were on our way. Super friendly.
