Drive through used to be so fast. Went at 1015 in the morning on a Monday and it prob took 20+ minutes. Took away the two lanes and only have one now and one for mobile orders and it just moves sooooo slow now!

Went through the drive through and ordered a shake and a drink, while waiting in the front of the line could visibly see my order in Window but seems like had to wait for all the cars behind me to get their orders. Worker didn’t even greet us with a smile when we finally got our order , not even a my pleasure . Avoiding this location like the plague from now on ! Giving a star because the worker who took our order in the beginning was a good representation of what this establishment is all about, good customer service.

Young lady told me to pull forward for an ice cream cone. I waited 20 minutes and then I went inside to get it.
For about the past month, every time I come to this location the sandwiches are cold. Sometimes the chicken isn't cooked thoroughly, and like every other restaurant in Waco the food quality has drastically decreased. Not worth spending $10 plus. Also the drive-thru situation went from worse to essentially the exact same after they so called made renovations to change it.

Poor customer service, almost all employees were outside taking orders, waited a long while just for 2 ice cream cones and their were other customer's waiting for a while, the dining area was dirty.
