I want to like this place so much that I have been 4 times in the last year but unfortunately 3 out of the 4 times I’ve been, my order has been wrong. I’m only writing this because of the consistency of the issue. Twice I was given a different chicken salad than what I had ordered and didn’t know till I was home. Partially my fault for not checking better. The third time they completely left out an entire part of the order and so one of my family members didn’t get to eat their food. Again, I should have checked better I guess. On a positive note, the food is always delicious despite not receiving what was ordered. I’m pretty easy to please but 3 of 4 orders being wrong is either really rotten luck, or there is a problem.

This is a family go to at least 3-4 times a month, but the last two visits my favorite has been horrible. The Barbie-q tastes like mayo and shredded chicken without any hint of seasonings or taste. Disappointing to live 20 miles plus away to come home to eat a meal that isn't up to par. I will have to rethink the choice of meal next time around. On the plus side the grape salad is wonderful as always.

We are from Michigan so we don’t have a Chicken Salad Chick and our first impression of it was incredible. The ladies operating the registers were so so sweet specifically the one in the black cardigan! She’s such a gem!

First time ever stopping by a Chicken Salad Chik location had was eager to try, due to good reviews from social media and friends. Ordered the Kickin’ Kay-Lynne w/ a side of fresh fruit. Food was really good and nicely portioned. Glad I got crackers and a cookie :) Mark who took my order was nice ! Will return again

First time visited, over all great experience, the young gentleman who assisted was great very informative and patient even offered samples, got the chicken salad BLT and soup of the day, was an overall good experience, will be back.
My Wife brought me in for the first time and we were welcomed in immediately by multiple staff. I went with the traditional salad on a croissant. We maybe waited 2 minutes for our food, it came out really fast. The food was amazing!!! I was even asked if I had enough. Never had that happen before. They will definitely be seeing me more often!
