The food is always delicious with plenty of flavor choices! My favorite is The Chick (a scoop or sandwich with a side or second scoop). This way, I can mix it up every time I go!The service is spot on with friendly staff that’s available, but doesn’t hover.The atmosphere is consistently tidy and clean.

This is the fourth time I have made an online order with delivery, three times delivered by Chicken Salad Chick and then today, Door Dash. Three times I have been shorted something I have ordered. Their prices have gone up a lot and servings look to be smaller. I called to tell them I was shorted an item and they said to blame Dash. Now how am I going to do that? At least this time the person answering the phone apologized. The previous times I didn't even get that. I will not ever buy anything from Chicken Salad Chick again. Delivery charges are high and I want to get what I ordered once I have paid for everything.
I love this place! The guy working the register was really nice and had helpful recommendations. The lady (I assume the manager) was really helpful when I went back to purchase the drink I forgot to mention. Overall great experience and delicious, high quality food for a great price!

I’ve always enjoyed their chicken salads, croissant sandwich alongside their sugar cookies and pasta salad. They’ve got a variety of chicken salad options alongside a drive thru.

I kept seeing this pop up on my social media, so I decided to give it a try since I was in the area. I tried the Classic Carol, which was great! I also got a scoop of the Buffalo, which was a tad spicier than I expected, but still super good!
