I’m giving them 5 stars, not only for the food and service but because of the way we were treated and taken care of after an accident of spilling Nashville Hot sauce on my wife and me. Our shirts were covered in some areas and it was not a good way to end a great afternoon with friends. The manager immediately came out and took care of the bill and asked me to take the shirts to the cleaners and bring her the bill. I had them cleaned and brought them the bill and no questions...

This particular location in Waco on this particular visit was a disappointment more than a pleasure. My server did everything I asked her to, but she did so in a manner that made me think she was just ready to go home and get away from the public. The manager on duty was also kind of unfriendly and very "crabby." This made me not only miss my favorite Chili's location in Dallas, but made me want to go elsewhere on my next road trip to Waco. Still, I love Chili's...

Awesome food and good service! Taylor is a wonderful server!!! I ate here with my two toddlers, he handed me their drinks, a lot of times servers hand them to my kids and they get spilled very quickly. He was on top of everything and made it a very enjoyable experience!
