We had a fantastic experience at Chili's in Waco thanks to Tara, the manager. Our party of eight included four small children, and after waiting about 20 minutes, we were told there would be an additional 30-minute wait. Tara noticed our hungry kids and quickly stepped in to help. She went out of her way to find a table large enough for us and even got our drinks and orders started right away. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and so sweet to our kids. Her warmth and helpfulness...

Service was wonderful. Friendly hostess and friendly server. Big smiles all around! I had the chicken fajitas and asked for extra peppers. I got them! Woo! And the seasoning on the chicken and grilled onions and peppers was phenomenal!
And lets not forget this incredible rice and black beans! Yeah, I took half to go and nom nom on it after hours... that good!
