It was a bit disappointing to see one of the tables being cleaned and the person cleaning the table had his pants sagging. I was offered and have a hard time understanding this unprofessional behavior. The meal was good and my waiter was good as well.

Excellent food and Service. I wear hearing aids and the ambient noise made it difficult to hear, but that's my experience everywhere, so no worries. Had a great time with the bestie and got to sing along to a birthday recipient.

The last three or four times I've gone to Chili's in Waco my experience has been nothing but exceptional. When I was there several months ago a gentleman waited on our table and was an incredible server and couldn't have asked for better. Today I found out he is the new manager. From the eyes of a customer it seems though he is well deserving of this position. The waitress today was equally exceptional and can see her being a manager someday as well. I Hope...
