Chipotle Mexican Grill Reviews
I ordered online and came in to pick up. My order wasnt ready on time. I asked an employee and she asked our names (there were multiple people waiting) and she walked away. 10 minutes after asking her (20 minutes after order was supposed to be ready) they told us that the orders didnt come through on their end due to a malfunction and they asked us to write our orders (20 minutes had gone by without anyone informing us of a malfunction or asking us for our order to correct it)....read full review
Everyone was helpful and friendly. The menu was simple and easy to understand. The food was hot, fresh, tasty and fast! The atmosphere was super casual and relaxed. Extra points for hosting a fundraiser for our senior class. Thanks for the great experience. We’ll be back!

Chipotle Mexican Grill serves good food, but the overall experience can be inconsistent. Service sometimes falls short, with staff appearing unfriendly and not always following through on requests. While food quality is generally good, online ordering can be problematic, with orders occasionally not being prepared correctly. Recent reviews mention that food is always excellent, with double wrap burritos consistently loaded up and quick service that gets customers in and out within 10 minutes. However, the restaurant's atmosphere may not be ideal; some find it a bit ghetto, dirty, and noisy, with music blasting and a less tidy environment. The men's restroom has been noted to lack privacy features and has a drain with no cover, and the cleanliness of tables can vary, sometimes requiring customers to clean their own. Despite these issues, the restaurant's food remains a redeeming quality. To-go orders have been described as uneven, with meat and sour cream sometimes bunched on one side, though in-person portions are generally decent and evenly distributed. For those who prefer a more controlled environment, kids' meals with dividers are recommended. Overall, Chipotle remains a good option for a quick bite, though the atmosphere and certain service aspects may not meet everyone's expectations.
