I guess they open the store when they feel like it .. says opens at 10:45 and it's 11:30 .the employees are literally looking thru the window and find it funny were standing outside way after the posted open hours .and the doors are still locked . Should not let me order food if they aren't going to open the store

This location is really a hit or miss. It really depends the time and who's working because I waited well over 30 mins for my food after it had said it was ready for pick up. Other days are good here[food wise], but others are just not that good or they run out super quickly. My guess is because its so close to campus, but I feel like because of that they should be more prepared.
I placed a mobile order and was very unsatisfied. I paid EXTRA to have queso and guacamole put on my bowl and I received neither! I also did not receive my chips that I had to use my rewards points to get! I will never again return to this Chipotle. The workers are incompetent and do NOT care about their customers. I was very displeased with my experience and will not be returning to this Chipotle location.

The last few times I’ve came here it hasn’t been good, whoever the manager is does a horrible job, the place is always so dirty and the workers take forever and even when you do a mobile order you they don’t even put it on the shelves so you then have to wait for them to get it for you which defeats the whole purpose of doing it through the app.
this is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been. The food is very bland. Atmosphere is unprofessional. Friends of the employees were constantly up at the counter. They were out of queso, white rice and hot red salsa. An employee got into an altercation with a customer and used profanity over a burnt quesadilla.

They had a JBL speaker in the back playing so loud they couldn’t hear what I wanted in my bowl and I just had to point to everything. The guacamole had no flavor and the chips were soggy. The steak was tough and way too spicy. I spit out two unknown hard black pieces of who knows what it even was. Will only be going to the chipotle off valley mills

Can this location be shut down yet? Extremely dirty everywhere. Trash lying around, food splattered, bathrooms smell. Something is always wrong with the order. Stopped going after the 3rd time the workers locked the door 45 minutes before closing time. What's most disappointing is that this location has been getting worse for years and management/corporate haven't done anything about the numerous complaints. Starting to hear more people say they're getting food poisoning.

Very disrespectful couple of staff members yelling out racial slurs in the kitchen. Front line staff was professional. Chipotle used to be about customer service and professionalism.
