Great food. Unfortunately, at the time we visited, a bus load of kids came in and we very loud. When we first arrived, it was full of college aged people.

I’m not one to normally post a review but this was the third poor experience in a row. My family loves Chipotle but something has changed lately. I’m not sure if this location had recent leadership changes or maybe they are short staffed, but my order has been wrong the 3 visits. Tonight my bowl was cold, missing two ingredients and honestly just lacked flavor all around. My Barbacoa was very over cooked and tough. My Mexican coke was hot, and even the chips were stale. We will not be coming back here again.

Shame. I used to love Chipotle. They've really gone down hill. Third time at this location in the past couple months and the food has little to no flavor. Online orders are rarely correct. Pretty sure Chipotle just lost my business for good.

This location is the worse. The food is disgusting no flavor and bland. The meat is always over cooked. Before I wrote this review I wanted to try Chipotle's at different hours of the day to see if it made a difference. No matter what time you come whether it's lunch time or dinner time their food is horrible at this location. If you want some good Chipotle then you might as well go to the location on Valley Mills.

I’ve lost count of how many online orders they’ve completely messed up of mine, and not even by a little. Every time, it never fails, my order is nothing close to what I actually ordered. The drink/utensil station is also disgusting every time. This location is awful.

Dumpiest Chipotle I’ve been to in years. Our online order was not completely filled ( we didn’t notice until we had left). Restaurant was dirty. Drink machine was malfunctioning and spraying soda water on patrons. Seemed to be little-to-no oversight or management. Food was subpar. Will not stop here again.

Showed up with my wife and daughters at 10:00 p.m. (they close at 11:00) staff was extremely rude, they were blasting inappropriate music in the kitchen with children in the restaurant. The food was just thrown together so they could get everyone out of there as fast as possible. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to.
