This Chipotle has gotten really bad after the last manager left. Food is not good. Service is bad. It's not clean. The workers rarely change their gloves. I go to the Chipotle near Baylor now because it's run really well. I've contacted Chipotle several times about the Valley Mills location but nothing changes.

Terrible service and food! I should've left and went somewhere else, but my food was already being prepared. They treated the customers like they were bothering them just by ordering food. They were out of white rice, I said I'd wait, but I was given an attitude, so I got the brown rice instead, and it was very undercooked and cold. There was a woman behind me who asked for a manager and complained about something as well. An employee working there who drives a Dodge Challenger felt the need to park diagonally in two parking spots. I'm really getting the sense that they wanted no customers.

Me and wife went to the valley mills location.The very first thing u notice when u walk in is all the trash cans full ,all tables dirty and floor. We had to clean off our own table to eat. There where at least 7 people on staff and all u can hear is them cursing talking about the morning shift saying that the night shift doesn't do a damn thing.It took forever for us to get out order had to go back up there and ask how much longer.Once we got our food we still had to wait 5 to 10 min for the chips which where just sitting in the back by the grill waiting to be bagged. There was no one there over 25 in my opinion just a bunch of kids cursing and not doing there jobs alot of standing around and talking. They barely put any meat on my bowl and in my burrito. The white rice was tasteless and over cooked. Now normally when we go to other location anywhere the food is great and the service is also. But not at this location there needs to be better leadership . We will not come back to this location at all.

I used to love this place. Went yesterday with my GF, ordered two beef burritos. Added a few toppings.CAME OUT TO $36! And we didnt get any drinks either.I know inflation is terrible, but $36 for 2 burritos is insane.Won't be going back.
