If Cheers (the show) was a burger joint, Chrsti's is it. Very cool original decor. You can tell this place has grown with the help of the community over the years. Service is quick and easy. This place gets packed during lunch hours, but turnover is relatively fast.
The menu is not overly complex. This is probably why they can pump out freshly grilled burgers at a fast pace. You do get a choice between canned and fountain drinks.
The food. This is why you are here. The food is excellent. The best non-franchise burger in Waco and vicinity. The hamburger patties appear to be 1/4 lb and are freshly smashed before grilling (they start out as balls). The kitchen is compact, but this is a well oiled machine.
My coworker got the 4x4 and finished the entire thing. Tastes great but maybe doesn't feel so hot afterward.
We have this place in our lunch rotation.

Amazingly good. We drive through Bellmead frequently and finally decided to stop here. The double meat burger and fries was great. Everything came together on that burger and wowed me. My partner enjoyed the regular burger and chips. Enjoyed every bite.

I liked the food, the hamburger was delicious, I went to my father, the ladies were kind there and everything was fine, the only thing was the meat was somewhat tasteless, but the hamburger was very tasty and the fries were delicious
