I took my grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese for the first time and we all had a great time. The manager on duty made sure we were having fun. Definitely will return .

We hosted a birthday party here and it was awesome. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and so kind. Prices were perfect considering the amount of things we got. Pizza was made fresh, self serve drinks, and the provided all the tools to do the cake. With their supplies we were able to cut and serve the cake and light the candles.

My son’s bday party was here. Games and the playground was really fun for all of them. Customer service was very poor. The hostess was very uninterested in everything she did, I didn’t see her smile a single time. That was fine, but making it seem like we’re an inconvenience to a job you signed up for is very unfortunate. She almost ruined the experience all together, but I’m glad all our kids had fun.

BIG shout out to KADE, one of the sweetest emloyees Ive ever met. He was so great to my severly Autistic son thats nonverbal, held his hand helped him in anyway he could. Pizza was great too.

Paid $12 for a salad bar but there was barely any lettuce available. Had to get a clean plate every time which is fine , however Noone was at the front when I went up. So literally had to go behind the counter and get it. New guy was the only one working hard making pizzas and other food. Our pizza was sitting in the window and our buzzer did not work, when we asked the guy cooking if that was ours he said some of them don't work. He was doing his part.. but where was everyone else??

Would rather go here than urban air. Sometimes you can come in and there be some ppl that's engaging and nice. Most of the time there's one nice person and the rest have a scowl plastered on their face. The killeen location is the best one we've been to. The one in waco, they seem to try and rush chuck e back to the room . There's not a lot of interaction most of the time. Not always. Hand full of the games don't work properly , and have been that way for a while. They are putting a jungle gym in, which is good. That area is the main reason we come. Killeen chuck e he runs around the area with the kids and has a game card to play with guests. They don't seem to want the one here to do that

Pizza and cheese bread extremely greasy made us sick pizza extremely greasy and all burnt so was the bread they charge $2 extra for a card to play games besides the amount you ask for so $20 is actually $22 and pizza took for ever and hardly anyone here the tv with chuck said 10% discount with combo purchase was told it hasn’t started this is disgusting 🤢 way over priced for 2 salads she tried to charge $24 really? If you don’t wanna get ripped off n sick then stay away from here!!!!
