We stopped by to play a few games while in town this past weekend. It was pretty quiet in there but that didn’t stop Chucky from being enthusiastic and interactive with the kiddos! He really did a great job. My son is older and mostly non verbal and he loves Chucky. He went out of his was to come say hi to my kiddo and interact with him.
Kade at the counter was so kind and thoughtful and made sure my son felt seen and welcome. I wish we lived closer so this could be our go to Check E Cheese!

We love going to chuck e cheese, but this last time, which was yesterday.. many of the games were out of service. Also, the games don't give very many tickets at a time, which is fine because it's for small children. The skii ball was a great hit! And of course the food is good but a bit expensive.

I expected this place to be utter Chaos, instead I got quiet time, wasn't busy time of day, grandchildren had a blast, food was good and fast. I will say prices seem High, but we are talking about a kids restaurant with games and activities. I will definitely be going back. The employee's were more than happy to help but also found the best deal for us.

The location in Waco, Texas is absolutely disgusting. Your shoes stick to the carpet in places due to lack of cleaning. You can see the filth under each table, game, machine and stationary. The soda machine and tea containers are covered completely in mold. Months if not years of complete neglect. Maybe one staff member was friendly. The others stare at you, stay on their phones and a lot of times you can’t find them. No greetings, no smiles, thank you , nothing.

The worst experience ever!!! Staff was totally clueless got our childs birthday age wrong got our pizza wrong got our time to start wrong and to top it off a lady comes out of nowhere claiming to be associated with Chuck E Cheese and starts taking pictures of us and our kids stating that she was doing a documentary and that chuck e cheese knew what she was doing. Interrupted our party and fun. Will not be back ever again! Public park parties are way better . Smdh ??♂️

Ours was the first birthday party last Saturday morning. I was pleased with how the music wasn't overly loud. The videos had other children, which the kids found to be fun. Nearly all the games were working and fun for our group of 5 year olds. The pizza was tasty, and the service was well timed and attentive to anything we needed. It was a good experience all around.
