Stopped in to get my son and I some dinner on 7-22-23. I asked the cashier if the food was fresh before I ordered and he assured me it was. The tenders were do old it was like cheering rubber, The fries were cold. When I returned in to get my money back cashier refused and so I asked for a manager. The personwho came up had poor customer service and didn't care about my food not being fresh. Horrible establishment!

Went to get family dinner chicken on the line was so old someone returned it. Waited 15 mins to get food that was ordered. Fries were cold, mashed potatoes were smashed open and chicken didn't seem to be done all the way. Employees seemed to be too distracted by their phones to do their jobs. It seemed like they were bothered when they had to do their jobs.
I love the special taste of the chicken they serve but there's always an issue with service.The chicken is not ever ready.Why? That's all that's being served! Like the entree! Get it together!

This place is where I stop for gas sometimesThe cashiers mostly give good customer service but it depends on who the cashier is. For example, there was a lady named Pooh who was very sweet and respectful. Sometimes when I came , there was someone who was mostly on their phone and paid half attention to my order. Other than that , the food is excellent. Just wanted to point out to not come after 7, that's where they run out of stuff that most want. Clean atmosphere
