I was driving by on my way back to Houston from a business meeting and had to stop. Boy am I glad I did. Everything was great! The food was fantastic and the service was great. The owner was great to talk to and the place reminded me of a time far gone. Really authentic brisket. It was so good I bought one of their t shirts they sell.it has their logo and cattle brand. I asked the owner about the name and he tells me that he used to provide bucking bulls to the rodeo circuit. Hence the name. Hidden gem worth the drive!

This place has become my new favorite BBQ place. It is our office favorite take out place. The rodeo in a cup had me hooked the first time i tried it! You have to order early because his food is so good it sells out pretty early for lunch.⏰⏳❤️🧅🥒🍗

We visited here last week and searched for the best hole in the wall location we could find. Chute 4 is what came up. And we are super satisfied with our decision! The Brisket was fantastic! The service was great. Our Kids ate free. The owner was friendly and talked bbq with us and about his time in service in the US Army. We look forward to our return to Waco one day to visit this restaurant!

I have had takeout from there at least once a week for the last 2-3 months. It is a delicious! Moist and flavorful, nlwaysot spicy! I only rated a 4 because they are not open enough. I'm not sure if it's called rodeo in a cup or what , but the cup is layered with beans , meat, potato salad, and it is awesome! My new favorite food!

This is a hidden gem!!! The owner is more than friendly, the cashier is adorable, and the food is AMAZING! The chicken sandwich was huge and delicious. I was stuffed!! The chicken sausage on tortillas are perfectly seasoned and tasted incredible! The brisket melts in your mouth. The portions are large, the food is delicious and the staff is like family. This place is a must for lunch!! ?
