We visited here last week and searched for the best hole in the wall location we could find. Chute 4 is what came up. And we are super satisfied with our decision! The Brisket was fantastic! The service was great. Our Kids ate free. The owner was friendly and talked bbq with us and about his time in service in the US Army. We look forward to our return to Waco one day to visit this restaurant!Kid-friendliness: Outstanding place to bring your children as they eat free! Each child had plenty to eat.
I have had takeout from there at least once a week for the last 2-3 months. It is a delicious! Moist and flavorful, nlwaysot spicy! I only rated a 4 because they are not open enough. I'm not sure if it's called rodeo in a cup or what , but the cup is layered with beans , meat, potato salad, and it is awesome! My new favorite food!

Fast an friendly service! I got the sausage sandwich with onions, jalapeños, potato salad an a water for $13.50. I definitely recommend. They sell out quick! So I definitely recommend gettin' there early!

Stopped by on our way through Waco on a family road trip. This place is definitely worth a detour from your route if you’re traveling! The owner was working that day and was extremely friendly. We got the brisket and sausage on a plate, in wraps for the kids, and in a sandwich. The sausage was a tad bit spicy for the younger ones, but it was delicious! The brisket was juicy and melted in our mouths. It was the perfect spot for lunch and a quick leg-stretch.Kid-friendliness: Bathroom is accessible for kids and the owner is extremely friendly. He even had some chocolates that he gave our kids after they ate!
