Chuy's is our favorite place to eat wherever we can find it! Visiting Waco, we were so glad to find it when we Googled nearby restaurants. The food is always top notch. The chips are light and crispy. The white sauce is so good I'd lick the bowl clean if I wasn't in public. Often I get the chimichanga, but this time I got the flautas and they were amazing and plentiful. My husband always gets the enchilada and gets a fried egg on top. We can't get enough! The waitress was so friendly and fun. They are dog-friendly on the patio and it's sheltered from the wind so we didn't have any problem with our little dog.

OK, look. Your lack of menu choice is why I go to other Mexican restaurants. I mean seriously, 17 lousy choices from a two page menu. And yet your place is packed with sheeple every day. Folks: Do you all know a better, more packed chain of restaurants? I do. They are called Taqueria Mexicana bar and grill and can be found in way more locations than Chuy's. My favorite one is in Hewitt, TX. They all have a massive range of great food choices from an entire menu book and host a variety of fun nights to include karaoke, among other fun events. In summary, ditch Chuy's. I don't know who Mr Chuy is hut he has an extremely limited knowledge of Hispanic food. I swear Taco Bell has better menu options. Also, I would like to thank the 850,000 viewers who have supported me for the last 5 years. You have all been wonderful, and I truly hope I haven't let any of you down. ❤️

Absolutely awful service by our server Sierra tonight. We were there for a celebratory dinner and drinks. We never got a chance to order food because we were unexpectedly handed our checks after a few drinks. We felt like we were being kicked out and we know we did not drink enough to be cut off. It was still only two hours before closing and my group felt so uncomfortable we went home without dinner. I come here often and have never experienced such unpleasant service.

Worst to go staff out of any restaurant in Waco. Not sure why the hostesses can't do their jobs or why every to go order takes nearly an hour to receive. Don't order anything to go or for delivery here unless you want to waste your time.
