We just started going back to cici’s and I’m impressed. I had an issue with my order and the manager Damion was really kind and helped replace the order with no issues and also provided cinnamon rolls for us having issues. The remake order was absolutely delicious, hot, and they provided everything I requested! Definitely going back for more pizzas! Thanks Damion!

No pizza on the buffet at all. We pad for a party of 6 and literally sat for 20 mins before we could get anything other than the salad bar. 10/10 do not recommend 🫤

Haven't been here in years and was pleasantly shocked by the quality of the food and the price! Will definitely be coming back
Its sad to see what CiCis has become. I remember 20yrs ago when the previous owner had this place, the service was on point. They always had enough pizzas to handle the crowd. You never had to wait no more than 5 minutes. Now you'll sit there 10-15 minutes if you're lucky. I pay almost $40 for me & 2 teens, and never get my monies worth. I could easily go down the street to Golden Corral and easily dont have to wait for my favorite food. You'd think whoever is managing would make sure that at least the popular pizzas like pepperoni, ham, beef, cheese would always be up for grab, but that isn't the case. Maybe because of my past experience in restaurant management I have high expectations when it comes to service. But I fill if people are paying the prices that they have to pay to eat here the level of service need to reflect it. They dont even greet you as you come or say thank you for coming as you leave.

Me and my husband went for lunch and it was horrible. Pasta sauce had no flavor and pasta itself was chewy and tasted over cooked. No pizza variety at all only cheese and pepperoni not many desserts as well not worth the 25 for two people best part was salad which was fresh but disappointing cause they had no shredded cheese anymore at the salad bar. Not worth it in Waco at all and would never return to this location ever again

We took our Grandaughter to eat lunch. Limited pizzas on the buffet all merged with other partial pizzas. Long story short I told employee a bus was outside and they needed to make more ended up eating 4 pieces of less than fresh pizza for 10 bucks not so good.
