Wheelchair accessibility: The place was accessible for those in a wheelchair. The serving line was appropriate for a person in a wheelchair. The bathroom was big enough for a wheelchair. The only problem I had was the bathroom was very nasty.The toilet seat had poop on the top of it.So if a person was blind they wouldn't be aware of it unless they was being assist by someone. Of course the place was very noisy and if you have hearing issues I wouldn't recommend this place .Mobilization of Waco was there.

The whole place was dirty! Trash everywhere. The worst part- a young man laid his baby on the table to change his diaper! The baby was covered in poop! They threw the baby's clothes and diaper in the trash! Thankfully the crew was informed and cleaned/bleached the table really good!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Cicis! They closed off half of the dining area two hours before closing time. The tables were dirty, the buffet had very few options, and the entire staff—including the manager—was seated, with the manager even leaning against the salad bar. I ended up leaving after just 10 minutes of waiting for more pizza to be made. I wish I could give zero stars! I left feeling extremely frustrated by the terrible customer service and overall experience.

I recently visited CiCi’s Pizza, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. The place was filled with an overwhelming amount of smoke, and the ventilation was so poor that it was hard to breathe. I asked the staff if they could open a door or do something to help circulate the air, but they completely ignored my request. It felt like they just didn’t care about the health and safety of their customers neither their own. The whole atmosphere was uncomfortable, and it’s concerning to think how unhealthy it must have been in there. I won’t be returning, and I would caution anyone with respiratory issues to stay away until they make improvements. Very disappointing.

Pizza by the pallet, reasonable price reasonable quality pizza. I ate 4 pizzas and a tray of cinnamon buns and they didn't get on my ass about it. Nice enough kids that work there they did4 well.

The environment was terrible!!! Me and the family I was with seen the employee in the back throw dough against the wall!!!! We also seen that the male employee was scratching his head and he DID NOT change his gloves. Didn’t see any of the employees wash their hands. & right after I had a plate my stomach IMMEDIATELY started hurting, including everybody sitting at the table. That is very unprofessional. & WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!! If we get sick because of the food you will be hearing from us and we will call cooperate. This is ridiculous!! I never seen staff play with food like that.
This place was disgusting. Won't EVER be going back.

Good taste so bland it's not even funny. Gave my Dasher the wrong order then proceeded to blame the Dasher. They gave me raw macaroni pizza. No accountability terrible service. If u mess up my order then tell me to wait cuz it too busy. Absolutely not get the order right the first time. How is it that the food has gotten 10x worse as an adult
