Placed an order for delivery from the Crumble website. The order delivered was not what I ordered. The cookies had to be thrown out because we do not eat coconut or peanut butter. I tried to call the store multiple times and no one answered. I left messages and never received a call back. I emailed and never received a response.

Never greeted. Everyone working looked annoyed as my daughter and I walked in. One young man came from the back and got the cookies we wanted and rang us up after a long awkward wait. ( I rarely leave a negative review when service is bad, but this was uncalled for. A simple hello we will be with you in a minute goes a long way)
I go to this location almost every week, and recently the kids working have been doing a horrible. I ordered and half the staff was on their phones, and the cookies we got weren’t fresh at all. Worker also smashed my cookie with the side of the box.

I had placed an order by mistake at this location, realized right away it was not the location I was at, and called to request it to be refunded, the lady was honestly polite and helpful at the moment as it should, so our conversation lasted 30 secs tops given that I TRUSTED things were going to be taken cared of, I have spent sooo much money only at this location I always recommend it to everyone, since I host events often for employees recognitions. Waited the 3 business days suggested, then the weekend came. I figured maybe one more day just bcs it might have been delayed and got caught with it being the weekend it's been eight days and nothing. I was like, I really don't want the money I just want What I paid for if a $$ transaction was a problem. Lastly i was told that they were not going to have a mger ALL DAY so I'd have to wait one more day, told her I stay super busy and it was my only day she was like "nothing we can do today" bcs the store was going to be functioning without a mger SMH. the most ridiculous part is that it was ONLY 2 DUMB COOKIES. To me, the money is not an issue, i don't appreciate my loyalty being left aside when I have given so many recommendations and "good reviews" over 2 meaningless cookies. I can go buy them someplace else!
