Never greeted. Everyone working looked annoyed as my daughter and I walked in. One young man came from the back and got the cookies we wanted and rang us up after a long awkward wait. ( I rarely leave a negative review when service is bad, but this was uncalled for. A simple hello we will be with you in a minute goes a long way)

Delivered crumble to our poppy for his 70th birthday and it was an awesome experience, they keep you informed and even send a picture when the mission is complete. I asked them to announce it was his 70th birthday because he was trying to keep it a secret and they even did that.
