The food is great everyone was pleasant but not the smartest bunch. I ordered a large meal to go with 3 small blizzards. I received the blizzards first in 95 degree weather. Come on folks make the blizzards last and at least put some kind of lid on it now it's melting while I wait for the food.

We love this DQ! Staff is always so kind and friendly, and welcoming! Pam is so sweet, and does a great job taking care of her customers. I will always go back to this location- it feels more like a family restaurant than a fast food chain.

When we arrived, the woman taking our order was extremely rude, huffing and puffing multiple times — and this was just for an order for two people, nothing complicated. I was abruptly told “Wait!” several times, even though I was leaving what I felt was a reasonable pause between items to allow her to input them. I understand that some systems can be slow and require patience, but the attitude was completely unnecessary.
When we got to the window, I was handed a Blizzard from below the counter that was already melted and overflowing the cup. The clerk, Karen, actually laughed as she handed it to me along with a wad of napkins. I was too shocked to even respond. Next came a cone, also melting, which she accidentally dropped down the side of my truck. (Not concerned about the dropped cone, accidents happen)
While waiting for fresh ice cream and the rest of our food, I noticed several Blizzards and cones being shoved into a mini fridge under the counter, clearly pre-made for upcoming orders. I understand that drive-thru employees are timed and pressured to move orders quickly, but there has to be a balance! Handing customers melted desserts just to save 20 seconds, instead of making them fresh is not acceptable.

This DQ is on New Road in Waco. I gave 1 star because my hamburger had mayonnaise after the lady asked me if I wanted mustard and I had said yes. Milkshake had ice cream all over cup and lid and made a big mess in my car. Gave me napkins but my hands were sticky. Disappointed...not going back.

When pulling into the parking lot you must drive over a steep incline. Problematic for a low/ average riding vehicles. Could you do some cleaning on the outside such as sidewalks, equipment, and the parking lot. Although the service is quick, it feels like the customers are seen as an inconvenience. The ice cream is always great. And the portions are well worth the money.

Tried getting the 85 cent Blizzards, but you have to sign up on the app and purchase something else. False advertising if I've ever seen it.
Every time we go here they are rude and act as if it is a bother to serve our food. Tonight we wanted an Oreo blizzard. Guess what. She said they are out of Oreos. My daughter asked is there anything similar to that blizzard. Employee said flat out NO! We drove off. Never coming to this location again. It’s almost worth is to drive to DQ in Robinson. DO NOT GO TO THE DQ ON NEW RD UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!

This place is a joke! Every time I come here the staff are rude and act like I am inconveniencing them by ordering food! The food is always cold and they make you wait 29 minutes for a single combo meal then get mad when you go in to tell them your food is cold or made wrong! This whole place needs new staff!!
