I ultimately requested a refund due to the perceived rudeness and unprofessional conduct of the management staff. This incident highlights a need for improved customer service protocols. Asap!

Staff, was very disrespectful. Very unprofessional, rude, it was 1:45p.m. Wednesday 3-26. Noone wants to eat at an establishment that's produce gehetto action ,it make people afraid to eat the food. Thinking staff would do something to the food.

terrible ass parking lot. not enough space to back in or pull in. drive thru entrance right behind the light so if there’s a longer line people are gonnna be in the street and mfers already can’t pay attention when driving. smh
