Took 30 minutes to order with one person ahead of me then 30-45 more minutes to get the food and they had a attitude and messed several things up on the order
Awful absolutely awful spent 30min in the drive through had my icecream melt before I left. Horrible will never return after I get my refund. Yeah thats right no manager on duty to give me my money back.

Ice Creams were good. But the rest, garbage. The person on the drive thru, impatient and rude as hell. I have a few i decisive kids so their commentswere very rude. My wife and kids are the only reason we didnt leave and go elsewhere. I didnt care to complete my order. Like said, wont return here with rude people.

This used to be my favorite dairy queen in Waco, but there is no reason for the lady working the counter to be as mean as she was. She clearly didn't want to be there, and I will be sure not to inconvenience her with my existence again. Honestly I'd rather drive to McGregor.

Most DQ restaurants are old and in badly need of remodeling. This location has the drive-thru order menu too close to the street causing other customers to stop in the street.
