Night shift from 7pm-closing is Bad customer service,horrible attitudes as well. Gave us unclear instructions on “pulling around” as we pulled back around gave us our things and told us “next time we say pull around that means park” and slams window on my face. Next time I will say something in person to their face if they gotta issue and doesn’t like their job to be giving people very ugly attitudes under a mask as well is diabolical.
Came at 9:15pm and they said the kitchen was closed already. 45 minutes earlier than the restaurant closed. Seems unfair

I ordered a burger and chili cheese fries ,they got the burger completely wrong and the chili cheese fries seemed like they been sittin there for hours ..horrible on everything ..don’t go here if u don’t expect bs food service ..the chili cheese fries We’re as hard as a card board box do not go there

If you make a mistake on my order and I ask you to correct it, DON'T get an attitude with me. Or try to give me some kind of guilt trip for asking you to correct it. Unless you wanna pay for my order. I won't be stopping here again. I had stopped a time back, before the front of the restaurant got bull dozed by a vehicle. But giving it a second chance, a young Black man, who appeared to be the manager, gave me exceptional service and changed my mind and I started coming back. After today, 10.25.2024 at 4:30pm, I'll be sure to take my business a little further down the road. Going above and beyond speaks volumes of who you are and the service you give. It wasn't given and being kind and courteous to you, there's no excuse.

Called in 4 burgers, handed the bag and told thank you. I could’ve walked out without paying, they then had trouble charging me. I located a Coworker outside in a meeting with another gentleman and asked if he worked there? He said yes, I told him I could’ve gotten away with a $30 order, they need help in there!!

I believe that Dairy Queen is too much on the high end for fast food price wise to not have good customer service and not have your order correct. The service received was not great and they weren’t so polite in addition my blizzard size was incorrect as well. It was a watered down strawberry blizzard instead of a cheesecake. Just disappointing over all.

Do not go to this location if you want to get your food. I recently went and placed my order. I was asked if I wanted anything else. I did, so I ordered it. When I got to the window to pay, the manager came to the window wanting to know if I was ok. I told him yes and asked what the total was. Instead of telling me he proceeded to try to psychoanalyze me. I told him I just wanted to pay and get my order. He then said they would not make my order. I asked why, but he just said that they would not make it. (All because I wouldn't hold a conversation with him). Ridiculous really
