I bet this company would save a ton of money if they stopped giving customers things that were not requested. 8 packets of ketchup, 2 salt packets and 2 pepper packets straight to the landfill. It's way past time to normalize asking the customer if they need straws, napkins, utensils, or condiments.

When I crave a chicken steak sandwich I always head to the nearest Dairy Queen to get the Dude. Unfortunately I didn’t get the satisfaction that I wanted this time. I love my steak cooked crispy on the outside which usually that’s what DQ does. Hot and fresh it was but didn’t have that crunch.

Today on 10/25/2024 my wife and I walked into the Bellmead Dairy Queen with my service dog and was told we had to eat outside. I am a disabled veteran and I have to have my dog. It is against the law what they done. I am trying to contact the owner so this can be resolved. If not I will contact the D.O.J.

This place had the worst service. The person that took our order was super horrible. She acted as though she didnt know anything. One of the woeks little girl was there whike her mother was working. She was running all over the place, back and forth in front of us while we were teying to order. Didnt realize they run a daycare on Sunday. The food was not Dairy Queen worthy. Didnt taste good at all. Was not worth the over $40 we spent.
