We like to stop at this location for blizzard treats while traveling. On Friday 11/28 we got 2 blizzard, Oreo on one and Heath pieces on the other. Got very sick 3-4 hours later lasting through to today after eating the Heath pieces.

The bigger white lady with the lip piercing was rude. Horrible customer service.. worst DQ experience. Would suggest more training because food prices is too high to deal with rude employees who are getting paid to do their job..

Very disappointed been coming here since I was little ! Chicken strip basket come on ! Tiny stripes and the batter was hard as a rock ! Not like they use too be wasted money $$$ ? yes ! And order was a wrong ! Place well clean staff great but food wasn’t I know it’s not the cook it’s the damn product they get now !!

Drove through this dairy Queen after pulling off of the highway on my route somewhere else. I ordered the DQ dude sandwich and they had me wait while they made it fresh. I must say I've been a fan of the DQ dude for a long time and this is one of the best I've ever had!! The two ladies at the drive-thru were very friendly and the service was great!

Very disappointed, Whoever was working the drive thru today needs to be fired. Rude and nasty service so sad to see at dq. I ended up leaving the drive thru and did not get anything. I Will never be back again unless there’s change , customers should be treated with kindness not attitude at a establishment. Hopefully the manager can take care of it quick!
I ordered a chili cheese dog by the time I got it was cold and they burnt the hot dog my wife ordered three tacos and they were ice cold they used to be very good don't know what happened

Last night my family of eight and another family of seven took over this restaurant and stayed until ten o'clock, just hanging out eating ice cream and talking the workers here did not mind having eleven kids in their lobby who were talkative and goofing offT hey were very sweet to us. And we appreciate that them allowing us to hang out and fellowship with our friends

Ordered tacos in the drive thru. I was asked to drive around to the other side of the building, and my food would be brought out. It was raining that day, so maybe I'll blame it on the weather, but my tacos were thrown inside the box! I should've ordered a taco salad because I had a box full of dis-shoveled mess! I was so disappointed! San Antonio Dairy Queens would never loosely box tacos like that! And there were so many tomatoes on them that the shells were soggy! Never going to order tacos from the Bellmead location!
