Only two people working both with red shirts, man!!! They where moving!! Quick, friendly! And to top it off the burger was cooked perfectly, the tenders hot and juicy not over cooked. Who ever this DQ belongs too please give your team a pat on the back. Best DQ experience in a long time

Went there around 5:30 Waited 45 minutes for 1 bacon cheeseburger… called the restaurant several times to confirm my order and to ask when my food would be ready, but was told there were “tons of orders ahead of me”.. yet I went through the drive through and had watched not many vehicles go after me.
A motorcyclist pulled up and ordered and received their food ahead of me, even after ordering long after me. I finally got my burger (ONLY A BURGER) around 6:25.
After waiting in the heat of the day, only to return home and discover hair in my food.
Please close this establishment. It’s an awkward eye-sore managed by delinquents with poor customer service skills, and no desire to do right. They showed no care or concern, and borderline had an attitude with me for inquiring how much longer I was expected to wait.

Wow just wow! The cashier was not approachable she acted like taking my order was a chore to her. After taking my order she went on break didn't even communicate with her fellow coworkers there was an order that needs to go out. An employee was cleaning above food while it was being cooked. I was the only order for dine in and still waited 10+ minutes while drive thru kept getting there stuff (3+cars)while I waited. Then they said they were waiting on fries I know because you kept using the fries for drive thru. My burger was cold my son's burger had an ice cube in it. They froze our hot fudge sundaes so the fudge was frozen and hard and not even hot. I love a HOT fudge sundae not a cold fudge sundae the taste is different.

Lived in LL for 16 years, love this DQ. Grew up on DQ in my home town. DQ is an icon. The workers here have always been good with service and food. The food is still the same the DQ way. Love It!!!!!!

The experience tonight was great! I love that the lobby is super clean and updated. The food was fresh. The cashier was so kind and told us he was new. We were supportive and told him to take his time while his coworker was explaining the process. The order was made correctly, and we have no complaints. We will definitely be back. 💛
