Literally been sitting here for 25+ minutes waiting on two ice creams. The young man in there is doing a great job, but it seems he isn't getting much help on the front side.

Burgers were good, fries were mediocre, Blizzards were phenomenol. Food also came very quick. The counter man acted like he had never waited on a person in his entire life. Zero personality, no eye contact, and a comical, sarcastic sigh when I asked if I could use a free Blizzard coupon. Dude, if you don't want to work, then stay home and play video games. You are not doing the owner any favors.

A couple weeks ago the kids did a coloring contest when we went to this location to try and win a 8 inch ice cream cake. A week or so later they called saying that all the kids won a free blizzard and then we hung up with each other. Then I got a second call saying that my niece who I took there won first place and won the ice cream cake. We went today with excited kids to claim their rewards and no one knew anything about it. At first we were told it wasn’t a blizzard it was a cone and no one won the 8inch cake. Finally after a couple minutes we were allowed to order our 4 free small blizzards and then paid for two more. After waiting about 20 minutes we were told it actually was cones so they were going to switch them to cones and then let us pick the two blizzards that’s we paid for. We requested a refund and said we would go somewhere else. They went to check again and after 5 minutes I went up there and was told the bosses boss confirmed the free blizzards were real. So we finally got all the blizzards after about 40 minutes but we never heard anything about the 8inch cake. So now my niece is devastated because we had told her based on the information from the call that she had won. I don’t blame the person at the counter for any of this.
The lack of communication and the out right lie about having a winner and then not having a winner is terrible.

Went there yesterday my husband and I ordered a number one with a sweet tea and a chicken fried steak sandwich with a sweet tea and some fried jalapeno strips when I got my order everything was good except for the fried jalapeno strips I was really busy or I would have taken a picture it looked like somebody balled up with their fists and threw it in the fryer........ the bun on the number one was hard and the appearance of the employees really needs some work I don't think I'll be going back to this one again😰😢😥

Ice cream tastes terrible, if they even remember to bring it out. Waited 20 minutes and never got ice cream so we just left. Never been to a DQ where you have to pull around for ice cream that takes 30 seconds to make.

The speaker at drive thru was broken. We had to leave the drive thru without our food. They took an unreasonable amount of time to bring our food. Then they charged us for ranch, even though we had chicken strips for dinner. It's not our fault you(management) cannot keep your food cost under control. This is a bad place to eat. Messy food containers. Messy drink cups and no napkins in our bag either.

I ordered from here recently they forgot my fries . The burger was missing a patty it was supposed to be a double meat. Then the patty I did have was extremely well done.
