The people answering the phones don’t know what they are doing half the time. I’ve walked in there to pick up pizza and I see this girl put a customer on hold for a long time while she was talking and laughing with a coworker then realized I was watching her and then got the phone to take their order. She had that customer in hold for well over 10 mi s. Pizza is great, service sucks!!

We just ordered for the last time and ended up having to cancel our delivery. We’ve had nothing but issues the last handful of times and keep giving benefit of the doubt that they are just having a bad night.
Placed order at 7:11 pm was told 45-1hour.
Called to check on order at 8:30 and was told we were the next delivery. 15 min and our order still hadn’t made it. So we called back to cancel. 8:53 driver shows up as we are backing out to head to whatabuger to get our dinner…

Thought it was a pizzaria with by the slice pizza but it's just a gas station pizza that's been in a hot tray for 2 hours.

The food is amazing, however the service has seriously declined since the end of 2023. Not sure why, however, I definitely don’t visit as much as I use to.
