Just finished eating at Denny’s inside Pilot. Friendly staff, quick service, and the food was good. Definitely a convenient spot for drivers and travelers.

This place is open, despite the construction out front. It's Dennys so you know what your getting. It's servers like Kathy who make it worth stopping by. She is pretty awesome!

Service was abysmal. Waited 20 minutes for a drink order. Once we got our food, we didn't get asked for refills or anything. She brought the check, and then went back to conversing with the manager at the front. I brought it to the attention of the manager that it shouldn't be beneath him to help out the ONE waitress, in which he retorted with terrible excuses, even after I identified several tables that had dirty dishes on them that had been sitting since I arrived. The waitress then proceeded to be aggressive instead of de-escalating to the point of calling out statements as I was leaving. There became a loud altercation between myself and the staff, then the waitress decided to approach me and attempt to intimidate me by stepping up in an aggressive manner in my face. I won't be returning. Absolutely absurd. Used to be a great place, but has taken a turn for the worst, and the fact that truck drivers won't even stop in should be telling.

Road construction on highway made it difficult getting back on highway other than that everything was great
They are a horrible place at times have the time they have service problems most of the time I go there they say it's going to be a hour before they open because they are having problems with stuff

This is our second time at Dennys. I got the mango smoothie and Pumpkin pecan pancakes. Was really good. Both times our server has been Julio, He’s super attentive and sweet. Very calm and made sure we had everything! I rated the atmosphere lower bc two girls were arguing, but that’s it. Thanks to Julio again!
