Have you ever been walking down the street and see a place that looks interesting? This evening my wife and I saw the doors and stepped in. No we didn’t have a reservation and beyond excited to see they had a single open table. I make it a habit to ask the waiter what they recommend and let them plan my meal. Coby led the journey this evening full of excellent choices. I highly recommend this place for a very romantic dinner of conversation with amazing food and even better staff. We will be back!
Everything was top notch here at Diamondbacks ❤️

Came here for dinner and had an amazing experience. Came late and was still able to get a perfectly medium rare prime rib. Lobster bisque had chunks of lobster and excellent quality. The lobster escargot was amazing, and the thick cut bacon was great. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. Really was the best meal I can remember having in a long time.

Way over priced! We were very disappointed with our overall experience. Prices were extremely high for the proportions and taste of food.

Will never step foot back in this establishment after the service tonight. Making people pay for things that weren’t there’s, voiding checks when they messed up & making people call to pay.

The food was fantastic, and our server, Addison was great. However, the atmosphere was a little odd. If you're going to go for quality, you should offer quality beers as well. Not all people who eat steak want wine. There are so many local craft brewers! You should partner up with them and offer some quality beer options. My steak was delicious, and my husband enjoyed his parmesan chicken, but we've never heard of having to buy your pasta separate. Parmesan chicken should be served with pasta. That's just a no-brainer. Also, the HUGE tv with baseball blaring on it seemed like it belonged in a Buffalo Wild Wings, not in the environment you are trying to offer. We went next door to Crickets after dinner to get beer and dessert, and saw other people there who were in your restaurant, as well. Overall, the value for what you get is way off. Lower your prices a bit, get some better beer, and get get rid of the obnoxious tv's. Keep your staff, though. Addison and the hosts at the front stand were all great.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service and Exceptional Steaks!**
My recent visit to Diamondback's Steak House was truly unforgettable, and the highlight of the evening was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Donald. From the moment we sat down, Donald ensured that every detail was taken care of with a level of professionalism and warmth that elevated the entire dining experience.
We started with the wedge salad, which was fresh and perfectly dressed, setting the stage for the main course. Both the Akaushi ribeye and Akaushi filet were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The steaks were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the rich flavors highlighted the high quality of the Akaushi beef.
While the food and atmosphere were absolutely wonderful, they were secondary to the impeccable service we received. Donald's attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendly demeanor made the evening truly special. I highly recommend Diamondback's not just for its outstanding food, but for the top-tier service that makes the experience stand out. We will definitely be returning!

Utter perfection!!
As an ex Chef, I am very aware of what it takes to pull off food like we had tonight. Dedication, top notch ingredients, skilled staff and passion. The entire package was on display tonight!!
When came to celebrate our anniversary, my poor wife has been stuck with me for 29 Years ? we were very impressed! When I saw the prices, I thought, thats the most expensive steak I have ever eaten. It was also the best!!! Worth every penny! We asked for A1 steak sauce and never used it, was sooo good!!!
Drinks and dessert were also perfect!
Our server Kelcey was incredible! Decor was spot on, incredible wine list!
You will not be disappointed!!!

Stopped in for a solo meal so I sat the bar. The bartender was personable and the food was good. I had the Hatch Chili Meatballs and Seabass. I definitely will be back for a more formal meal.

My wife and I ate here on the way to Waco, it did not disappoint, the filet w/ bernaise sauce was awesome and perfectly cooked. My wife had the tuna and she loved it. I got a wedge and she got a sushi roll to start which was surprisingly good for a steak place. They have an awesome wine list as well!

Absolutely the best on every level. Restaurant decor is rustic but elevated, all staff from front lobby to server were so warm, friendly and efficient. All our food was delicious and seasoned/cooked perfectly. We had filets, green beans with bacon, mac n cheese with bacon, and the red velvet cake with cheesecake on top, with a dark chocolate drizzle. Who would ever think to combine red velvet cake and cheesecake? It was over the top yum! Cocktails were very well made and no skimping on the alcohol content. We will be back many times for sure. Thank you Diamondback's for a wonderful evening! ❤️

My wife and I went there for our 20 year anniversary and they had a rose on and a hand written note on an Anniversary card on our table. Sara our waitress was the best. The food was superb and cooked with perfection. My first Tomahawk steak and it won't be my last. Thank you for making our anniversary special without our knowing. Thank you again Sara
