Fantastic Meal! We had the "splurge meal" of our trip here and it was divine. The Rosemary Cheddar Popovers were still hot and so delicious, my fiancé had the lobster bisque and really enjoyed it. I had the Lobster Escargot and haven't stopped thinking it since. I went online at the table and ordered an escargot pan on Amazon to make this at home. HIGHLY suggest this appetizer. I opted for the wedge salad with my steak (odd to me that they upcharge for bacon on a a wedge) and it was fine, my fiancé really enjoyed his house salad and said it was crisp and refreshing and the dressing was perfect. He opted for the 10pz filet, it was soft and flavorful, I had the Ribeye and the char was perfection. I wish we weren't traveling and I could have brought the rest with me. We split the mashed potato's and they were perfect. Our server, Chastity, was awesome. Very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. 5/5 all around.

I had the wrong restaurant it was Cricket's Grill I have never been to Diamondback. Again was at the classic tetris competition in Waco and has driven over 2 hrs and had to drive back. Again I'm sorry hope to try them out. God bless. Very gracious

Diamondbacks in Waco is a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat. They have a wide variety of delicious food options, from sushi to mouthwatering filets. The atmosphere is lively and the staff is friendly. Coby took care of us and we are already planning our next outing! Whether you're going for lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed. First thing first Best server so far Mr. Douglas. He is the most sweet, kind, and thoughtful server I ever had. Has great hospitality, toward costumers. He makes a mean Shirley Temple I have ever had, also very knowledgeable about the menu. Like to also give a shout out to Mr. Michael: the private event manger. He was very attentive, great sense of humor, kind.I will be coming back. The food was great lots of flavor. The atmosphere was very chic, and rustic.I would say costumers service was way beyond 5 stars.

The food exceeded expectations, and the service was excellent! The cocktails were great, but not sure they had any alcohol in them. Desert was not to be missed, and the biggest surprise of all was the sushi rolls! The Diamondback roll was phenomenal!Prices were what you expect for the quality. We stayed away from the premium steaks because that is typically a heartbreak waiting to happen, but the execution of our meals was good enough that we'll return with the confidence to try the prime cuts next time.Sophia was that BOMB!
We came for our anniversary dinner and everything was perfect! The food was so fresh and savory. Our waiter, Donald, was attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu options (and off menu options). The managers even stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary. They even gave us a rose for our table to celebrate our special night. Thank you y’all so much for a fantastic evening.

We had an absolute blast tonight! Chastity did a beautiful job serving us. She delivered everything we ordered perfectly timed. I thought I was completely stuffed after appetizers and salad, but after sitting for a few moments, and sitting with my drink, she arrived with my steak! By then I had enough room to devour half of it. The portions are massive so unfortunately I was not able to finish everything. Thankfully, she packaged everything we had left over for us! She made the experience 100% worth the visit!The appetizers(asparagus, meatballs) were literally glorious.The onion soup and Cesar salad were DELICIOUS!!The Rib eye, unfortunately, was underwhelming. Seems like no seasoning was applied. It was juicy, just not flavorful.(Grill special) Venison was amazing, fish was over cooked. Steak was the same as the rib eye. Underwhelming and unflavored. Good, but not great.Again, Chastity's service, and the rest of the staff, was outstanding.
