My daughters made reservations here to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with warm and friendly smiles. Our waiter for the evening, Donald Ray, was an absolute breath of fresh air. His customer service skills proved to be top-knotch and on full display throughout his time with us. We thoroughly enjoyed his meat and dessert presentations. No one in our group of 7 had any complaints with their various choices of entrees and desserts. This establishment surpassed all of our expectations and we will gladly come again!

Always a wonderful experience at Diamondbacks! We went to celebrate my birthday, and everything from the moment we walked in the door until we walked out was fantastic! The food tasted amazing, Kelsey our server was attentive and so sweet. She even brought out a sparkler in a cup of whipped cream at the end to celebrate. Marshall our host was equally helpful and so nice. We’ll always go back to Diamondbacks!

Lighting made the place feel like a perfect date spot to celebrate the night with my wife. We made no prior plans, but despite that they heard of our anniversary, and gave us an amazing evening. I wish I took pictures of the food, but it was just too good to wait. Kaleb was a fantastic server with attention to all of our specifics. The Cowboy Ribeye is every bit worth the price tag on it.
The service was fantastic. Our waiter did a great job and knew the menu very well. The atmosphere was dimly lit and quiet, which made for a very enjoyable meal. We ordered the calamari and crab cakes to start- which we were not very impressed with.
My wife ordered 2 sushi rolls, which she was very impressed with. She is a sushi snob, so you can take her word on it.
I ordered the aged ribeye, which I was not all that impressed with considering the price of $85. The ribeye was not very tender, and the char was a bit too much for my liking.
I did enjoy their salad and the popover bread.

Celebrated our anniversary here and our server D Ray went above and beyond !!! From the attention to details the surprise dessert treat and the Tomahawk steak cooked to perfection and so tender! Found this place by chance and we will be back without a doubt !

Just a wonderful overall dining experience! Had a leisurely dinner with a friend last night. From the greeting from the hostess as we arrived to an impeccably served meal by waiter Collin, could not have been improved upon. Our cocktails were delicious and beautiful. We were checked on severable times by managers Michael and Trish to see if there was anything we needed. Wish we would have saved room for one of the amazing deserts offered, but maybe next time.Can't wait to go back for another unforgettable meal at Diamondbacks!

We had dinner last night our server was Collum he was fantastic. Brought us waters and wine menu right away. We went over several wine decisions and ended up getting a beautiful bottle of white. He talked us through the options and we decided on rib eye was so tender and delicious. Also shared the baked potato as it was large enough for 2. The GM Micheal came over and welcomed us found out he was originally from CO and chatted. Very welcoming staff great service food was excellent. Oh yeah we ended up with the tour of chocolate and frozen peanut butter dessert, once again delicious. Worth every penny.

The atmosphere has a nice moody ambiance but for a high end steak restaurant, I was disappointed to learn the crabmeat in the appetizer I wanted was not real.
