I placed an order online and the computer glitched and put the store address instead of my address. When I reached out to the store the Assistant manager Antonio was sarcastic and extremely rude. I asked him questions and he continued to be rude and sarcastic. He canceled my order without me permission. I asked since the order had been sitting under a lamp for over 30 minutes and no delivery driver could my pizzas me made fresh. He wouldn't and I never have permission to cancel and he canceled it. He refused to assist me and hung up. I called back and he hung up again while I was talking. I was asking him for corporate number and he hung up. I called back and he was coaching another female staff what to say. I have never received such horrible customer service from Domino's. I was told his name was Antonio and General manager Cia. Antonio if he was being honest with his name, was beyond unprofessional and rude.

Ordered 4:16 pm, received approx. 5:34, 30 minutes after msg received driver was on his way at 5:04. Food not hot, had to hunt for the onions and peppers. Very disappointed.

I definitely see why they have such low ratings. Food took almost two hours, it was cold and had probably half the ingredients missing. I’d say “do better” but with this level of quality I’d suggest restaffing or closIng the doors. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered pizza and salad delivered to hotel. They sent no utensils and no napkins. I asked the delivery driver how you eat salad without utensils, and he said he just delivers…..without checking the order apparently. By the time I got dressed, went down to the lobby (where the desk man says the delivery driver asked if there was anyone that could deliver utensils to our room??? YES!!! YOU MORON!!!) OF COURSE THE PIZZA WAS COLD AND THE SALAD WARM BY THE TIME I GOT GHE NEEDED UTENSILS. How hard is that to deliver a complete hot/cold order????
