Well from the start. We weren’t greeted, the hostess barely said a word. Didn’t even say follow me or anything just looked at us til we followed her. We sat for a long time before getting helped. The waitress was apparently sick, she had hardly any voice like losing it from being sick. Never got lemons for my water. And then there’s a cockroach walking across the floor. Very long time on food. Yikes. Definitely gone downhill

Wait staff was poor to say the least!! Very unfriendly!! Sweeping the floor in front of our booth after we received our food!!! My husband and I were the last to be served at the end of waitresses shift and we could definitely sense the vib she wanted us to hurry and leave. The food was not served hot, luke warm and was not impressed with the chicken and beef !!We were not asked for a refill on our drinks. When we asked for our bill waitress just layed it on our table and walked off. No thank you, was everything OK, can I get you something else!!. With the new Jorge's just opening we will definitely be eating where the food and service is top notch.

Great service from Grecia, she got us out drinks quick. Food came out quick. The rice is so soft and not over or undercooked, it was perfect. The quesadillas and enchiladas were delicious.

It was our first time here in Waco Texas and we wanted to stop for authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was incredible and the restaurant was very clean as well. Service was amazing. We were traveling with two medical alert service dogs at the time and staff was very respectful of the dogs. I had the quesabirra tacos and definitely recommend these!!
Terrible simply TERRIBLE service. I went on my own on Thursday for the radio event. First when i entered i was greeted, kind of monotone like, by a young women! I was told to just go find a seat, it was not busy, 20 min later i finally flag down a waitress who seemed extremely nice. She took my order and then abandon me for what felt like a complete hour. When i was given my salad i was given a teaspoon of ranch and it was the wrong salad, i said whatever and just tried to eat. I waited for my waitress to come back so that i can ask for more ranch, i waited so entirely long i had to get up and ask for help myself. After that, my drink went empty (outside on the patio) my ice cubes melted, i drank that. Never got a refill, another 20 min of staring at my salad (during this i made eye contact with several workers and no one cared to help even tho i tried waving people down, i understand they are just food runners or management and have no obligation to help but cmn) finally after nearly 30 min of waiting i get my ranch only because i didnt stop trying to get her attention. THE WORST experience at a restaurant in my entire life! I arrived about 10 min before 5pm and left exactly at 6:40pm in this time i had one drink of water and and a terrible experience to go along with it.
Future edit: i contacted the manager or whoever long time ago replied and they never messaged back, terrible simply terrible.

Nick was our server and he was so attentive very friendly he came to our table 13 times we never ran out of anything he was very talkative with us we talked about different things and he definitely took care of his Patron and I would come back because of him now the food was damn good but Nick service excellent
