First time being there talked to woman as soon as you walk in and then didn't see anybody for at least an hour they were all in the back, pizza was terrible and service was bad the only decent thing there was the drink. Will not be returning to Waco double Dave's.

Came back here after several years of being out of town and was pretty disappointed, it seems the pandemic has hit DD pretty hard for staff. They were not busy when we arrived, however almost everything on the buffet was either empty or looked like it'd been sitting there for awhile. In the hour we were there, the pizza rolls -- which were definitely the most popular item among who was there -- were only refilled once. All the napkin holders were empty, the bathroom was out of both soap and paper towels. The food, at least when it eventually came out, was delicious, though.

We came for lunch on a Sunday. It wasn’t crowded, but many of the tables had not been bussed. There were no clean forks, no napkins and not very much pizza to choose from. They never replenished the pizza the entire time we were there and there was no dessert pizza at all. And let’s be honest, the reason to come to DD is the chocolate chip pizza. It was disappointing and a waste of our money.

Got pizza crust for my breadsticks order. The pepperoni pizza did not have anything but cheese. All I can say is I will not be back.

I’ve been here several times. Every time I go it gets worse. This time was the worse. If I could give them a zero I would. The visit was horrible. Hardly no pizza at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. What pizza they had was dried out. Dead crickets on the floor. Only two workers working and a what looked like a third was a sick worker sleeping in a booth. Will not ever return. HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I haven't been to Double Daves in quite some time. The service was really good. We met the manager Evan and he was very personable and Informative. The food was just as good as I remembered. Thank you for a nice experience.

Our first experience was to bad, just didn’t care for the options. It also tasted weird. There’s better pizza options in Waco! There was like 3/4 options( also it’s a Sunday) I wouldn’t even order to go because the taste was just off. But the salad!! It was so goooddd!!!!
I don’t understand how you can be constantly out of pizza rolls on Sunday. You know it’s your special item of the day, make sure you have more than enough. It’s only 2:30, and you only have enough for a dozen. I called at 11 when you guys opened a few months ago and was told the same thing.

First I’m coming here and I had to recommend everyone to stop by and get the buffet during the lunch time. Everything served was fresh hot very soft pizza and had amazing taste. The dessert was also amazing. The staff was very nice.highly recommend pizza lovers to try it out! By the way it was my first time here! I love it! Oh yeah there was a salad bar too!.

Ordered delivery and when we got the food the pizza topping literally just fell off. The middle was soggy and the stuffed pepperoni bread sticks were hard and didn’t seem like there was any cheese in them. So not worth $44!!!!

Pizza was Fantastic! We were visiting Waco and just stumbled onto this place. They even had cauliflower crust for my diet. My husband is super picky and he loved his "special of the day" pizza. Unfortunately we don't live in Waco or we'd definitely be back. But if you live in Waco check it out!
