Not impressed. To start, the girl running the counter couldn't have been less interested. No smile. No words almost at all other than telling us they were out of stuff. They were out of a lot.
The ice cream was pretty good but nothing crazy. The cookie dough was not good. The texture was weird and gritty. I wouldn't want to come here again.

It was ok. Service was Not the best. The young lady seems to care less. Barely even spoke to us. And the flavors were not grand. The choc chip tasted like it got mixed by accident with pumpkin. Might try again with a different flavor.

I had a really disappointing experience here. The cookie dough had a gritty, unpleasant texture — it honestly tasted like kinetic sand. But what bothered me more was the service.

I was helped by a woman named Aleigha. At first, I thought she seemed nice, but the service she gave me was the worst I’ve ever received. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being treated differently, and as a minority, that’s something I unfortunately have to notice. It was disheartening and uncomfortable.

I came in hoping for a good experience, but I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

Extremely rude customer service. I was worried about my friend’s nut allergy and the worker was being very unhelpful and acting annoyed about basic safety questions.

We paid 16$ for 2 small cups of what we thought were cookie dough flavored ice cream! Shockingly to the taste buds it was mildly warm and overly sweet cookie dough. Please know before you try this place that it is not ice cream at all.

Anna was so sweet and patient with my 3 young boys trying to decide which flavor they wanted! They decided the Unicorn flavor was their favorite and the S’mores for me!

I hate that I’m doing this bc I’ve never left a negative review for anything but had the rudest customer service ever. She was very aggressive and when my sister asked a simple question abt what’s in the Irish cream she was told “I don’t know what do you think? It’s Irish Cream?” On top of that she got a basic chocolate chip cookie dough and it was very warm not cold at all and the staff punched in the price at the cashier and then turned around and walked away before my sister had even gotten to the cash register and when she said thank you the staff didn’t even look up or respond. Staff had to be at least 16 but she was acting like an 11 year old. No gloves and filled the small ($7) up half way and there was a light blonde hair in the ice cream. Used to be my go to treat place and I will not be coming back. 🫶🏼 - plot twist we are both sick and have thrown up a combined 5 times since splitting it so yay! Do not come here

This is the second time we tried to go to this place because we heard it was really good. First time it was closed but this time we couldn’t even tell if it was open. The tvs with the menu were off, the line looked half shut down and messy, and the one employee was on her phone and didn’t notice us. When they finally helped us we asked what flavors they had and they barely had any cookie dough left. If I was the owner I’d honestly be embarrassed. I will not be coming back again for the third time.

No one around.Lights on and ice cream uncovered. I do not know when they are supposed to be open.

Definitely not impressed. Came here this evening with my family and there was nobody working here. We ate and were around for almost an hour and saw multiple people come and go and nobody was behind the counter. The ice cream was open and ready like someone was coming back but never saw anyone. Definitely not great business practices.

The tvs are not on first of all. Soo, I didn't know the prices or what they offered when I approached the girl she didn't even look up. I said I heard you have pumpkin ice cream! =) Can I try it??
she said I don't have tester spoons.......as I was looking at two boxes of spoons
Good thing I don't want anything... super awkward super weird....worse I will never be back or recommend them, but it seems like they could care less shame they used to do good business.

Sad to say this place is not worth the try. I LOVED Dough Re Mi and wish they would have never partnered with this company. The cookie dough tastes nothing like the original company. Both flavors I got both just taste like flour w a crunch from the add ins.

If you have bought from Dough Re Mi unfortunately buying this cookie dough will only leave you disappointed.

The girl at the register was on her phone the whole time when I was trying to make selections. Not friendly customer service at all. The chocolate chip dough was not tasty at all.
