Very bad location with inconsiderate employees!
Drive thru doesn’t have a clearance meter, so careful if you drive a raised truck or van or anything with any height. Narrow drive to get in which takes you behind the building. Limited parking and ALL the close spot are taken by employees.
The place was dead for 8 am. Lots of employees, but they were mostly standing around gossiping. Like someone else said, this was my first time here and will be my last time here.

Terrible experience at this location. The milk in my coffee was clearly spoiled—it had a sour taste and upset my stomach. The donuts were hard and stale like they’d been sitting out all day. Nothing was fresh. Really disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I don’t understand how the same exact coffee order can come out different every single time. I’m tired of seeing everyone live their best Dunkin life on tiktok but I can’t get one coffee drink to come as ordered.

I used to work here. & this is how they serve the donuts. Any donuts with glaze on it has gnats on them. They are extremely dirty. And extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldnt waste my money here or my time coming at all.

All locations in Waco are poorly managed. This is a disappointment as so many Dunkin donut locations have a great reputation. The staff is always changing, which is a reflection on the OWNER and management. I have noticed there is never a line anymore due to the inconsistency of accuracy, availability, and atmosphere. Do not recommend unless you just want throw your order and money away.

I said what I said

There was no donuts, hash browns, wraps, basically nothing. They only had small cups and got my drink terribly wrong. I asked for a caramel iced coffee WITH CREAM SUGAR AND COLD FOAM. I only got the caramel and cold foam. Where’s the sugar and cream go is it out too???

Clearly I ordered a decaffeinated coffee and the girl had to spend until 3:00 am without being able to sleep until later, I don't drink anything with caffeine and it was the only cappuccino I had that day, and there you have me yes to be able to sleep and I get up at 6:00 am please don't do whatever happens to anyone again if it's DECAFFEINATED it's for a reason not for pleasure 😞
