Hands down this is the best Mexican restaurant i have ever been to!! The owners are from Guadalajara and the food tastes so authentic! Our server (I didn't get his name) was so kind, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed!! We live in oklahoma but plan on coming back to waco just to visit this restaurant again!

The food was amazing! So glad I finally tried this place! It made this pregnant woman so happy today ☺️ I enjoyed the chimichanga plate. Now ready for a nap. Extra perks of a drive thru so mom's don't have to cart all the kids inside. Wish I had gone here sooner.

On our first visit to Waco we were looking for Latin food and I found this beautiful place. I really liked its decoration and distribution. You can eat inside or outside, I chose outside. And variety of delicious food.
I was passing through Waco and saw this restaurant El Charro Tapatío and decided to stop. The balcony's seating caught my eye. I am glad I did ,from scratch,homemade food! Flour and Corn tortillas home made. I had the flour with barbacoa delicious. check it out and taste for yourself.
